Many people visit this bar to taste perfectly cooked fried fish, chili and chao. A lot of visitors order delicious beer. The convenient location of East Side Club makes it easy to reach by any transport. The courteous staff meets you at this place all year round. A number of visitors think that the service is enjoyable. You are to be pleasantly impressed with attractive prices at this spot. Since the decor is spectacular, guests don't really recommend this place. The pleasant atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a hard working week. This bar scored 4.2 in the Google rating system.

It was a bit chilly, but it was great to be outside by the tiki hut with a tropical drink in hand and to listen to live music by the waterfront.

This place is unique in Madison. It feels homey and familiar, like you're back home in your small town and all of these people know your parents or your siblings or went to school with your cousin. Get a coconut rum cocktail in a plastic cup and sit on the grass on the lakeshore watching the sunset create a silhouette of the capital dome. It's heaven. No photo can do it justice, but here's mine anyway.

Went to an Ecuadorean graduation party last night at The East Side Club and the place was hopping. The Club has always been a great venue for events from weddings to passings and celebrations of all sorts. The beautiful setting on Lake Monona is now being used to it's full potential with music nights hosted by the outdoor Tiki Bar. Last night every inch of lawn was taken up by bocce ball enthusiasts.

Super fun; great staff; great place to host an event. I went to a fundraiser for Primates Inc., which is a great nonprofit you must check out when you get a chance! Went off without a hitch!

First time I have visited the East Side Club on Lake Monona and it was very nice. Our family had a private luncheon party here post funeral for a relative and the food and bar service was excellent. The Club has a vintage feel to it and based off the many pictures in the entrance foyer of past presidents it goes back to the 1930's when this was called "the East Side Business Mans Club" and was a fairly exclusive Club back in the day. The views of Lake Monona were great and as this was in the winter there was many activities to watch such as ice fishing and kite boarding happening to watch. The tiki bar was not open during this time, but several attendees of our party stated it was a busy place during summer months which probably saved the business. Conveniently located in Monona nearby many other businesses, I would like to visit again during the summer months on my next visit to Madison.

Visited as part of a work party, I get the feeling that the karaoke and raffle was on the more rowdy end of the events they host. The building has a very refined feel to it, and is clearly proud of its history, with dozens of photographs lining the entry. The upper floor had a small open bar near the back, and boasts a truly gorgeous view of the lake at sundown. I doubt I'll be back as an individual, but I'd definitely consider it for a medium-sized formal event.
