Sandwiches do not come with fries. Chicken sandwich comes with 2 tenders (which were thick and dry). 80 bucks for lunch felt like a rip off! However the shake and mozz sticks were legit! Oh, also the fork they give for a salad is SO flimsy. Rice was also undercooked and hard in the salad. Also, they ask for a tip which is super annoying considering there really isn’t any service.

The food here was pretty good and I was not expecting my burger to be as big as it was. The fries were hot and the burger came out a little cold but it wasn’t too bad. Other than that, this place is a go-to on my list.

Food was good, tasty burger and deviled eggs…. but Hi Pointe leadership really needs to look into the staffing situation. Painfully slow wait times, staff look exhausted and stretched thin. Expanding way too quickly, yet the experience is not as good as the original location. Disappointed.

This place is purely awful. Our food wasn't delivered (our number easily visible on display) we had to go ask for it, not busy mind you, and it took over an hour. This place will literally serve you a burger with zero toppings if you don't ask. They charge for almost everything. The burgers were not good at all. Overcooked and chewy to a fault. Cross the highway and go anywhere in the valley for a better burger. Such a huge disappointment. Do not eat here, go to 4Hands but write off the food. My family will not ever eat here again. Focus less on mass expansion, more on doing anything right.

I am an out of town visitor and I really disliked this place. Where do I start? Do I start with the lackluster server? The food arrived by an angry and dissatisfied server who acted like I was a burden to her day. So much attitude, I could really have done without and it bothers me when people are rude to their customers. The food was quite possibly the worst I’ve had in years. The dipping cheese was stuck to the container like solid glue, and it could not be penetrated by a French fry. We ordered a Caesar salad, burger, and fried sampler and Oreo milkshake. The burger and shake were decent but the rest was inedible. It arrived on a tray without a plate like you serve your pet. In fact, the paper plates arrived on top of three food orders smashed together on a tray. Presentation was less than a zero. The only thing good was the milkshake and beer next door and the atmosphere. I’m sorry Hi-pointe but you’ve got some improvements to make and I’d start by hiring employees who appreciate their job and opportunity for hire and then work on that menu. The hi-pointe was the low-point of my vacation.

20 minutes to even get to place an order. 6pm and 1 person taking orders with a line out the door. When our order was ready I got a text… and they had just one burger out of our entire families order ready. With 50 people in line they had to ask us what the rest of our order had. Like it just disappeared…. Finally got everything after reminding them 4 times. Embarrassing

Food was okay but very pricey since you had to add everything individually. Took a while to get it. I didn't like the way it was served. Just on a tray, not wrapped in foil or plates brought with it to it on. Music and atmosphere were really nice. Arcade games were fun for the kids.

I usually don’t write negative reviews because I build my business on them… But today I believe it’s needed. I live across the street from the Clayton location. We go all the time and have been since it opened. They take great care of my family and I. I have severe celiac and have spent months in the hospital because of it. The Clayton location goes above and beyond to make sure my food is safe from gluten. Today, at the Chesterfield location, I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun. They usually come in their own wrapper and everything is on a completely separate tray. My experience at Chesterfield was completely different. My burger not only came unwrapped, but it was lying next to and touching the other burgers. I am very understanding as I have been dealing with this for years and I know most people aren’t as knowledgable. But when we asked for a new one, Bella was working the register and was VERY rude and rolled her eyes. If it weren’t for Hailey (who delivered the new food), we would’ve been more upset. She made sure that my food was safe and that all of us (two kiddos) were happy with our food and our experience. Her customer service was great and I truly appreciated her going out of her way for me. When I think of Hi Pointe in Clayton, and when I spoke with Mike Johnson years ago, I never thought this would happen. I just hope that the Chesterfield location can be as fun and accommodating as the Clayton location some day. It’s one of our family favorites.

Look past all the negative reviews here. Hi Pointe is going to have one of the best burgers in the St. Louis region. They are still new to this location right now so I'm sure they are working out some kinks, just like any other new restaurant with new staff. Right now it's the only food option in that "courtyard" but there are other restaurants coming soon, which I'm sure will cut back on any long lines other people are experiencing and complaining about. We had a great experience in the midst of a Sunday lunch crown during football season. We ordered a burger, the frychuterie board and the GIANT mozzarella sticks. Everything was great and we didn't have to wait for the food to come out. We will go back just to get the mozzarella sticks even if there's a long wait. Since it's paired with 4 Hands, there's plenty of beer to drink while you wait, but to mention an arcade, and corn hole to keep you occupied. If all the subpar reviewers don't want to come back, I'll be fine with that since I won't have to stand next to them in line. Looking forward to coming back and getting those mozzarella sticks that will stretch across the entire room.

Enjoyed a taco burger at outdoor table with friends after morning bike ride along levee trail. Burger was excellent needing multiple napkins. These burgers are really good.
