I like getting seafood from here!! Though I have to say the crab doesn’t always taste fresh. The crab shack sauce is the to go to! Medium or spicy. Also you can't forget forget to order the calamari! With the sauce.😋 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Garlic Parmesan Fries

Not sure about the other reviews, but I've always received good service since I started patronizing The Crab Shack 4-5 years ago. On my most recent visit, we were seated quickly and the food came in a timely manner. The staff was also very attentive and met all of our needs. Now onto the food, it is very reasonably priced even when it fluctuates based on "market price". The taste is very flavorful and the spiciness is just good enough to enjoy where you're not sweating bullets. Their shrimps tend to be above average size and tastes very sweet. FYI: 1 pound of shrimp is about 20 shrimps. Make sure you add corn & sausages! Plenty of free parking in the plaza (can get busy sometimes). Minus one star because this isn't the best cajun style seafood place I've had and the shrimps aren't always the freshest (you can tell by how easily the shell is to peel). When ordering fries + beer + shrimp, expect to pay $40-45 per person. Highly recommend and I will be returning! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

I absolutely love coming to Crab Shack! 🦀 🦐 🌊 It is always a hit! Definitely recommend the Cajun spices for your bag of seafood and the type of seafood meats you pick to go along with it. As well as other items you might add, like potatoes, pork sausage, or corn on the cob. I also recommend the Crab Shack Cajun Garlic Fries. Super flavorful and definitely a must, to try something new and get your taste buds going. I really like the juices they have although they have silly names. My favorite one is fruity booty, green tea with fruit punch I believe and other fruitful juices. Overall, really great place to come with a family or a group as well. Definitely recommend this place! The food was tasty but I think they use adobo. I couldn't figure out quite what the taste was but I think it's a double but nothing less. The shrimps were too small. For $102 I expected better. I have gone to better boil crab places but I don't think I'll be going back to this one. It's more or less a sports bar. It's family atmosphere but it was not my kind of place. The service was lacking their young people but all in all it's not bad. But I still like to know the prices up front of what the market prices are. At least give me. some kind of idea or comfortability that what I'm spending my money on is I'm getting my money's worth. Sorry, no photos. I wasn't in the mood to take any Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
Went there for a friend's birthday and The prices have gone up a lot but let's start off with ordering ordering. My friend wanted hot water and lemon they had no hot water. I ordered a unsweetened tea which didn't taste too much like anything. They didn't have any sweetener so I just end up ordering a Diet Coke. I ordered a pound of garlic butter shrimp and snow crab with 3 corns & potatoes with the mild spice on the side. My friend ordered 1 of the combos 1pound of snow cab and 2 pounds if shrimp and that comes with 2 corns, potatoes and sausage. The food was delicious they don't do anything special if it's your birthday but it's cool. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant.
Althoigh the AC was down, it was qorth the sweat!! This place was amazing! The food was phenomenal. I've been to many "crab shacks" but this one by far has the best flavors, seasonings and sides! And the ladies working there were amazing also! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

OMG the food here is so good! Their sauce is some of the best I've tasted. The service was good. The drinks were delicious. They made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be going back. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Do not I repeat do not go to this place if you want to eat.. So I don't mind the 15 minute wait for to get a table it wasn't bad the place wasn't crowded at all. So after being seated before we ordered the king crab legs we asked him did they have the tools to open them and they told us yes. So four out of the five people I was with order king crab which is one of their most expensive things on the menu. They brought us our food but didn't have any tools and the only thing they can do is apologize. How are we supposed to eat King Crab legs with no tools to open them. How can you even call yourself The Crab shack if you don't have the utensils to do anything. And after we told him how to ridiculous it was they stopped serving us and we waited over 20 minutes and had to ask for help just to get our to go bags and our check. Out of all the crab places in Los Angeles this is by far the worst one I would not waste your time coming here especially spending your money. It's really disappointing when places like this want you to come support after Corona but they completely don't even care it said it's not their problem that they ran out of utensils. That is of course excuse for a Crab shack and at this point honestly save your money or go somewhere different Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

BETTER THAN BOILING CRAB!! Call me crazy, I don’t care but at least hear me out: No long wait for a table. No long wait for a server. Prices are GREAT! Quality of food is delicious! Parking is free. You get a bucket for all your trash (shells, napkins, etc) Great servers that have been there forever. We ordered the Cajun shrimp & fries basket, 1lb snow crab legs, peeled shrimp all for $59. The least you can do is give it a try and then decide if you want to prove me wrong. Thank me later :) !!
