The cookies are just fine. Not terrible but also not amazing. I dunno ? I just wasn’t impressed n after eating one I was just - meh. At 40 dollars for a dozen I was expecting more.

People leaving bad reviews are haters of small businesses, crafty nice size delicious cookie’s definitely coming back 👍🏼
When i entered i was pretty confused because there was no menu. The girl came out and explained the prices pretty quick, seeming rushed. The cookies are basically 5 dollars each which is alot for one cookie. This is my first time trying this place and i am not impressed. Customer service was mediocre, the cookies were on the stale side, not much bang for your buck. The snicker doodle was a little raw on the inside but i dont mind that because usually i like very soft cookies but the taste overall was ok. I just think if you want to sell cookies that that price they should be of higher quality and excellent taste. Maybe other locations might be better, not sure because it does seem that low reviews are more apparent in this location. I am only giving 2 stars because i really liked their packaging and their style overall (despite other people who seem offended lol) , sadly that is not as important as the quality of the product you sell.
People where friendly but this review is strictly about quality who ever bake these, needs attention. They were super raw in the middle I spent 40 dollars to get raw cookies and I’m not satisfied with this location. I should have just got my pastry’s at Starbucks to be honest. I think they got to make sure they try the product before putting it on there shelf’s. I’ve tried Duarte and Glendora, and both locations were great. Sorry but maybe try another location.
I've gone here a couple of times, so this is only based on the last time I visit. On 4/16/22 I took my brother to choose some cookies. He struggles with communication and making choices so he needs a little more time to choose. There were customers before us I guess they needed a bunch of cookies or something. I did overhear her say, "I'm by myself and like you can see it's been busy." Which I thought was perfect timing because my brother won't feel rushed and she can take her time doing what she needs to do. When she approached us, I kindly let her know we are going to need a couple of minutes and for some reason she was really bothered by this. On top of that, she was coughing. I know the mask mandate is over but she was coughing into her HAND, instead of her elbow and wasn't wearing a mask. The grossest part was that she DIDN'T wash her hands after she coughed into her hand. I just hope if they do show her this review, she understand some kids need more time to pick, it might seem like an easy decision to you but for kids like my brother it VERY hard. I wouldn't have wrote this review but once we got in the car my brother noticed your attitude.
I’ve lived in Whittier for 45+ years. I decided to try the cookie plug. The cookies are very expensive and do not taste that great and my grandson had a hair in the cookie $10 for two cookies.

I've tried these cookies before at a different location and I definitely wasn't impressed at the time. The cookies at this location are a lot better though and taste fresh.
Tbh you probs can only devour 1 because it's sweet and the size of a large hockey puck. Best cookie I've tried so far.
Don’t waist your time driving over here. They dont take cash only debit and Apple Pay and cookies are over priced compared to other cookie plugs I been to!
