I was so excited to try these cookies! We finally stopped by and got the 7 sample to try almost every kind. When we got home and tried them it was disappointing. The snickerdoodles are amazing but the red velvet, purple red velvet, and strawberry cheesecake all taste like simple sugar cookies with no distinction. Don't get me wrong they were good, but definitely not as spectacular as I was really looking forward too. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I do not know if this is a separate franchise but I asked their official IG ACCOUNT about locations open and you get blocked. Guess customer service is not a priority. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
