I don't know why others rate this outlet so low hence I've got such friendly service from the staff. I pergi sini 2kali beli drinks. Two different drinks and surprisingly dua-dua sedap! Heheh!
Thanks to those fnb staff from this outlet yg layan customer ramah-tamah. I know such a disaster and terrible workload in fnb business but kudos to those who can retain and sustain a good smile and attitude while serving your customers every single minute.
Will repeat again soon! Very calm and sesuai nak buat kerja & mini discussion here. We can bring our own laptop too.

Very good service by the staff, she willing to take time explaining me on how to use the ZUS APP, how to collect daily point and order, how to check for voucher availability and also the latest promotion. She has helped me to double check the store location is correct as well before I click on payment. She also explained me the contain of the drinks, the origin of the coffee beans etc to help me pick my drink that suit my favourite taste.
By the way, the coffee taste good also.

There are staffs called Zakwan, Ridhuan and they're very friendly and helpful!! The food here is great too, very recommend to go eat breakfast here in the morning!

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan servis yang diberi dekat coffee beans Taiping Mall sini . Enviroment yang sangat baik dan staff yang friendly. Hazim suggest air yang nice and worth it untuk saya cuba. Akan repeat next time .
