Quite disappointed with the Lasagna and spaghetti Bolognese. The Lasagna is bland. The staff told us that's how it tastes like. The free tea was basically iced plain water but it's free kan. Can't say much. Anyway, the staff is okay. Quite friendly. Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40

Every day CBTL have different promotions. I love their ice blended white chocolate latte, CBTL serve the best. You get to enjoy 20% on 2nd cup of ice blended series on every Sunday. It has caffeinated and decaffeinated. The best part of being a lady is... Ladies get to enjoy 25% off for both food and beverage on every Wednesday! The atmosphere is relaxing, with lots of cushion seat. The only downside is, parking may difficult to find especially at peak hour like lunch, tea time and dinner time. Felt truly sad because wrong cake was given for our takeaway order. Receipt stated carrot cake, but once reached back home and opened the box, it's almond caramel cheesecake. My girlfriend got mad at me as she wanted her carrot cake. Meal type Other Price per person RM 20–40

Goon environment, friendly staff. Socket available for laptop users. Multiple food choices (breakfast - omelette is my fav, lunch and dinner- western cuisine.. and my fav are tomyam pasta, Cesar salad and chicken chop) Price are of affordable range and the cakes (caramel and Chicago cheese cake are nice, warm chocolate not bad too)... Drinks.. not a coffee kinda of person but strawberry white chocolate ( caffeinated)was good.

Egg Benedict with cooked yolk? That’s really a No! This is really disappointing. Im not expecting how good or bad it’s gonna taste but at least not overcooked yolk when you serve Egg Benedict. Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

A merry looking Christmas outlet, the only CBTL in Sabah. No wonder because coffee sucks here and Citibank offer was also not applicable. Better off at Little Italy for a rejuvenating latte. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Air Conditioner is okay, too loud to work, food is great, the staff is decent, they don't move around at all, I haven't seen any waiter or waitresses around this place. There is so many rubbish everywhere, quite disappointing to me honestly, could be better. Good food good hangout only downside unpleasant experience with one of staff at the serving counter. The one with old gold hair, I asked if I could refill hot water, she ignore me, the other male staff who happened see me and helped me. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 40–60

Standard franchise cafe. Boring menu. But still come back for their breakfast omelettes! Still the best pure double icechoc compare to sb (oppps only my own preference). If their washroom could make it cleaner... forever feel geli (disgusting) when you get into it. More appreciate if 1. more plugs are provided too around the table 2. speedy and stable wifi
