Recently moved to the area from West Coast and had company visiting in from out of town, so we were frantically looking for somewhere unique to take them. We absolutely hit the jackpot with The Cocktail Bar! Great and clean atmosphere, amazing staff who took the time to explain the unique drinks we ordered as they made them. Dottie, who was our mixologist, was so friendly and fun to order from and explained step by step every dribk we ordered. It was the best old-fashion I have ever had. This is definitely a place to visit, and prices were reasonable. We will definitely always stop here whenever we have friends and family visiting. This is a cool bar to have a nice cocktail and relax. I had the smore martini, which was amazing, and my husband had a margherita. They do serve food, but we just went for a drink. I understand that they offer different activities depending on the night..trivia etc. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There’s so many good things to say about this place! The atmosphere, the service, the fun events, the FOOD!!! Best burger I’ve ever had!! The owner is very sweet and knows how to run a business! Highly recommend The Cocktail Bar!! 10/10

With Chef Steve and Dottie's addition, The Cocktail Bar has turned a big corner. To say the food is amazing would be an understatement! The service had definitely improved in a big way and Dottie's attitude even when faced with adversity is stellar. The bartenders are awesome and have wonderful attitudes. My wife and I have been patrons from the beginning when things weren't up to par and to see the transformation today....We love this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great drinks, delicious food, such good vibes, and gay friendly! I had the shrimp cakes which the chef sadly said he's removing from the new menu, so try them while they last! Also the most delicious fries I've had in a while. Fantastic service at the bar as well! Nothing negative to say ❤️

Best bar and food in Parkersburg. The expresso martini is awesome. I’ve never had a bad experience there. I have had multiple fun nights at TCB. The Truffle Parmesan Frites are amazing.
