Felt in love with this Place! A very comfortable and tranquil Place to meet and unwind after work, and believe me we all truly need it !😜The staff there is excellent and extremely helpful; they provide you with great suggestions regarding wines and snacks! Overall most wonderful day!
Went for the Sunday brunch. Had an Omelet station, Prime Rib, shrimp, crab, chicken and waffles, potatoes, bacon , sausage, French toast, pastries, chicken Marsala, pasta and a couple other things. Membership only.
*This review is for all the services we received while working with Jennifer Franklin, the Event Sales Director for when we booked our wedding here.
We were supposed to get married at the beautiful Club at Ruby Hill in April 2020, but you already know what happened.....it never happened. We postponed several times and ultimately decided to cancel our wedding. Let me just start with saying that the Club at Ruby Hill is one of our top wedding venue choices. The theme for our wedding is best described as a glamorous, black tie event, and this venue hit the mark for us. Do you know what made it even better? Working with Jennifer Franklin, the Events Sales Director. We met her in March 2019 and booked with her in April 2019. She's so wonderful to work with and has been so nice and accommodating in this whole wedding planning and cancelling process, and especially during these unprecedented times. We are so happy to have worked with her as she has set the bar high. She helped us review our menu choices, decor choices, and provided some great vendors to partner with and tons of great wedding planning advice, she's a wedding pro! If you're thinking of touring this venue or booking this venue for your wedding or event, please ask for Jennifer! You won't regret it! Also, the food and views are amazing here! Here's some photos from our wedding tasting event in October 2019.
It was okay, was there for a pga tournament, nice place to play
There’s a winery nearby, didn’t have the chance to pay visits, will def go see what they have to offer in the future if going to the club again
We were looking for a venue for our wedding, I contacted them by phone two weeks ago, and the operator transferred me to the person in charge of the wedding venue, but the phone was not answered, I left a voicemail message about my information. After two days I did not receive any reply. Then I contacted them again by phone and I explained to the operator that I would like to schedule an appointment to see the venue. She asked me to leave my name, phone number, and email address and said someone would contact me. It's been a week now and I still haven't received any response. Is this the way they treat their customers? Their team is so unprofessional, how can they be trusted to get anything else done if they can't even get a simple booking done? I am very disappointed with their service.
I have been a wedding photographer for the past 10 years and I've photographed weddings all over northern California. The Club at Ruby Hill stands out as one of my favorite locations. It is so regal and sophisticated. The huge lobby, the amazing staircase, and of course the chandelier - all contributed to the gorgeous character of the venue. The staff are wonderful to the clients as well as the vendors. I'm always excited for my next gig at The Club at Ruby Hill.
