Relaxing atmosphere, the owner is very knowledgeable. I’ve been to other hookah lounges. And this one has the best flavors.

I love this place! It's such a fantastic place to just relax with your friends. The staff is friendly and it's the only authentic hookah lounge in Solano County!

Really wish the hookah section was a standalone area apart from the chaos you MUST deal with to get there. And after being turned away for the fourth time at the front door, this puts the final nail in the coffin. I enjoyed the times I came here with my date on occasions when times were peaceful, but I guess those times are long gone. I really hope the staff for the cloud factory can eventually be a standalone establishment for the people who just want to do hookah, drink and chill in the Vacaville area without the nuisance of the young, ignorant club goers.

I think this place has closed down now but they had a nice patio area that was really nice to sit outside at during the summer.

It’s a monopoly they either close early or don’t serve you. Used to be our spot and we have been there four times and been turned away making us find a new spot

This place has gone out of business, its Evelyn's Pizzeria now..... As of 10/2014. And Now as of 12/27/2016 it's a Bar & Grill Called " The Point.! "
