Here you will be offered perfectly cooked lemon cheesecakes, ice cream and apple cheesecakes. It might be good to enjoy delicious wine. Good ice tea, coffee or lemonade will make your meal better and you'll certainly come back. Guests don't highly appreciate shrimp scampi at this confectionary restaurant. The intimate atmosphere of The Cheesecake Factory allows customers to relax after a hard working day. The appealing staff welcomes people all year round. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. Tasty dishes at fair prices are offered here. The homey decor can amaze you. Alas the quality of the once-top- notch avocado egg rolls has gone down. They now contain what looks to be marinated sliced red bell pepper to plump up the egg roll due to the reduced amount of avocado contained within. Evidently good quality food starts out well but over time down-graded changes are made to increase profits. But a discerning patron will notice. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
The restaurant was welcoming, after you walk through a bakery/ pick up area of sorts to get to the hostess area. If you're not familiar with the restaurant, you might walk in and stand there, as it was crowded with people milling about picking up to go orders. There were 4 people standing and talking at the hostess area today. The girl who brought us to our table immediately forgot what table after the lead person spoke because she was talking with somebody else and joking. Having one of them up front to welcome guests into the restaurant while directing them back, or even moving the hostess station up front might be a good thing. We were seated back around a corner, and had a baby crying very loudly behind us. That didn't bother us, as we love children, but there wasn't any atmosphere in the area we were. Our waitress was Amanda and she did a stellar job. Drinks were refreshed quickly, questions on the (huge) menu answered, and prompt service. She was the star! The food was good. We had avocado egg rolls, chicken Caesar salad, and fish tacos. The egg rolls and dip were good, crispy, and tasty. Chicken caesar salad was huge, needed a bit more dressing on it, and some salt/ seasoning on the chicken. It almost seemed to be boiled with grill marks stamped on it. The fish tacos were good, but the rice was white rice with seasoning that was poured over it and definitely not mixed in (see picture). There were white rice chunks throughout. The lemonade and Arnold Palmer beverages were refreshing and delicious. We finished off the meal by bringing cheesecake home with our leftovers. The Cheesecake Factory is a place that we might give a second chance, at another time. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
We've been wanting to try The Cheesecake Factory, and this place did not disappoint. Great customer service, the food and atmosphere were amazing. We started off with an appetizer, their Avocado Eggrolls. Our main meals were the Fish and Chips, Spaghetti and Meatballs and the Flatbread Cheese Pizza. The food was delicious and we ended our meal with a Coconut Cream Cheesecake for dessert. There were so many wonderful items on their menu, and it was difficult to select. My family absolutely loved it, and we'll go back to try some of their other food items on the menu. Go check them out and enjoy! This location has HORRIBLE customer service and the food quality. My food was burnt and dry. When speaking with the manager it was told they had to go through a process with corporate to issue a credit/refund. Fast forward to a little over a month - NOTHING. I spoke with "Manager" Kim who was completely rude, unprofessional and found the situation humorous. She would not confirm when I would be hearing back regarding this matter. She yelled at me and made me feel uncomfortable regarding my bad experience with this this restaurant. I even asked if they would simply just remake the food that they BURNT and she disregarded my request. This is unacceptable and I am afraid that this business does NOT care about their customers experience if this is the type of leadership they hire. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Don't forget to make a reservation!! This place gets very busy. The menu is extensive and overwhelming. I appreciate the skinny menu and all ki ds of options s from appetizer entress, cocktails, and dessert. I also like the nutrition information not being super hard to find. I made a 6pm reservation 10 minutes early and still waited almost 30 minutes for our party of 3 to be sat. It was a saturday night dinner rush. Our server was amazing and gave us space to just sit and talk to catch up on our mom's night out. Very attentive but not overbearing. All of the food items were delicious. The Asian chicken lettuce wrapped tacos were perfect. The stuffed mushrooms were good but not as good as I was expecting. The skinny lemon garlic shrimp was good but needed more shrimp and more sauce. My friends loved the meatballs and their cocktails. The jambalaya was way too spicy for them. The parking is a noght.are and not nearly enough or seating while you wait Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The lady who was in charge of seating was a bit rude. We went in around 3 pm for a linner ( lunch/ dinner). My wife and I were the 1st to arrive. We told her that we were in a party of 9. She said that she would seat us when our party arrived. She was not very patient when our party joined us. She stood there with hands on hips, like quite talking, I'm ready to seat you NOW ! I don't appreciate that kind of service 😒. Waitress was in a similar mood 😒 😑. The food is good, but very expensive 😫. There are a lot of options for the whole family to choose from. Overall, I probably won't be back, but the rest of the family likes the desert menu. Family comes 1st ! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

On my most recent visit to the cheesecake factory I encountered a not so pleasant experience. I was part of a table of four and I ordered what seemed to be a pretty simple order of bacon, eggs, and pancakes. The rest of the table received more complex meals but got their food before I did. After waiting a while I received part of my order, see picture (a sad plate of bacon and eggs) but no pancakes. The server let me know there was a problem with pancakes and it would be a few more minutes. After waiting a few more minutes the Manager arrived with the pancakes he offered no introduction or apology for the lateness of the meal. Honestly the manager seemed a little upset but I do not know why? He was very short with us and the only way I found out he was the manager was from asking another employee. There was no apology from the manager or goodwill discount for the very late arriving food. Unfortunately I have had issues in the past with another cheesecake factory manager who did not have a very good attitude. It seems to be a problem with the management culture of the cheesecake factory. All is not lost with the cheesecake factory. The food is ok and the cheesecake is good. They do have very good employees like our server Mattie she did an excellent job taking care of our table and apologizing for the issues. If anyone from your organization would like to reach out to me for additional comments please feel free. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was my first time here. When we arrived the staff were friendly and seated us right away. Our waiter was really friendly and offered help with food suggestions. He brought out our bread and drinks fast. I never been to the Cheesecake factory and I felt overwhelmed by the menu. There were so many different food options I didn't know where to start. I ended up getting the crispy chicken and shrimp. And I must say it was really delicious. I definitely want to go back and try different things, as I looked around at other people's tables I definitely had plate envy lol. When I looked at the prices they were definitely on the higher end. But after tasting the food I can see it was worth the price. First of all, the food was very good. I had the chicken Madeira and steak combo, while my wife had the orange chicken. Both were very tasty and had a very nice presentation. The staff was great. Our server Monica, never let my glass of water get low. However, this location has gone down in quality over the years. The decor looks old and fading, there’s paint chipped all over and it just feels dirty. The ground was covered in trash and food pieces, our table was dirty and chipped/stained, and the walls are filthy. While I do recommend the food and cheesecakes, we had the Pineapple Upside Down cheesecake, this location has questionable cleanliness. We had the opportunity to celebrate our family's achievements at The Cheesecake Factory tonight. Upon arrival, the restaurant appeared to be quite busy, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated at our table within just 10 minutes. Our server, a friendly and attentive lady (I wish I could remember her name), took care of us throughout the evening. We ordered three appetizers and four entrees, and also got two cheesecakes to go. The Thai Lettuce Wrap was an absolute delight. The chicken was tender, and it came with three delicious side sauces. Unfortunately, the Egg Rolls Sampler didn't live up to our expectations. The egg rolls were not crunchy and tasted overly oily. Additionally, considering the price, we felt that there should have been at least two pieces of each type, instead of one egg roll cut in half. On the other hand, the Fired Calamari was absolutely delicious, with a satisfying crunch. The Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp had an okay flavor, but the curry taste was not very strong. We would have preferred it to be spicier. As for the Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp, the menu described the chicken as crispy, but what we received was mushy. It tasted similar to orange chicken. The Fish and Chips dish came with five pieces of fish and a basket of fries. Unfortunately, the fish itself was rather bland, and the coleslaw had a strange taste that didn't appeal to us. The Chicken Riesling was a fantastic dish with generous portions. However, the spaghetti was lacking in flavor. Moving on to desserts, the Tiramisu Cheesecake was absolutely incredible. It was incredibly delicious! The Banana Fresh Cheesecake was another personal favorite. It had a wonderfully fresh taste. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience, despite the high prices. The atmosphere was worth the cost, and the service was top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the assortment of breads they offered at the beginning of the meal.
