Meh, silverware touching bare table on every table. Tables are filthy they are too lazy to wrap the silverware in napkins?? Bathroom filthy, old urine all over the floors, bathroom stunk to the point of unbearable almost. Seater bypast us twice till I spoke up and pointed out we are at the front of the line like we weren't even standing first in line? Just overall bad management here. Edit* burgers showed up, asked for lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Got cabbage, tomatoes and onions. : /. Waiter did repeat my order verbally, don't know where the break down happened. Took my boyfriend for a birthday brunch and it was awesome. I wanted to surprise him and the staff was very helpful as I had to slip away to the bathroom to make arrangements for the birthday dessert. The hostess was helpful in getting our server Nancy and giving me a chance to talk to her about what I needed secretly. Nancy executed my surprise perfectly. It was about an hour wait for our table which isnt terrible because its connected to the mall so theres something to do while you wait, its also a Saturday night so obviously will be packed. Drinks took a little long to get to us (again Saturday night, so understandable) Food actually came out very quick and was fantastic!
