This was by far one of the worst experiences of ever had a cheesecake factory. This is a staple for my family as a go-to restaurant while we are traveling as we know the menu very well. Also know the service and quality of food tends to stay above other places. We did stop in here for brunch. Where the chicken was extremely overcooked, to the point of rocks may have been easier to chew. We started the meal with mozzarella sticks. We're we received two with no cheese and were just hollow shells. If it wasn't for the server, doing his best to try to accommodate the kitchen struggle, we probably would have paid and left. He did his best to reassure us, but he is going to make sure our experience was the best. It could be by this point. We ate what we could, paid and left. This is my goooo too spot when I'm looking to treat myself. I also sit at the bar 🍸 and I'm friends with a lot of the staff that works here in and outside of work. I always get top notch service every single time never ever been disappointed here. This place flows like magic. Todd and Christian are Two of my favorite people ❤ ♥ Whatever this place is paying them? They should pay them more? Great job. The food is always fresh and made to high standards. When I think of the perfect restaurant The Cheesecake Factory always comes to mind. It’s one of my favorite restaurants when it comes to knowing you’ll always walk away with a smile. The menu is huge so there’s always something for everyone and I’ve never once had to send anything back because every dish is full of flavor. No matter which one we visit, the decor and design inside and out is captivating and full,of creativity. Compliments to the staff for doing a wonderful job considering that this is one restaurant that is usually has a wait to get a seat. Definitely a crowd favorite. If you’ve got a sweet tooth then you’re going to Love The Cheesecake Factory. What made them famous was their incredible cheesecakes and desserts. Get ready for a treat! Had a little bit of a wait, but it's always worth it! Sent my first dish back as it was cool and looked like it had been sitting out. They quickly apologized and brought me a fresh meal! Portions are much smaller than they used to be (ok they were too big before but just set expectations). Martini tasted like a very sweet lemonade. I couldn't even drink it. Bang Bang chicken sauce was watered down. Salmon tasted like it was reheated from the night before. Ok, I went back to Cheesecake Factory tonight, with my son his friend and my daughter, tonight was a huge improvement on last week's experience. The food was phenomenal tonight, I got Chicken Madiera and it was delicious, everything was perfect. Our waitress , was Emily and she did a fantastic job, management needs to recognize employees like that and hats off to the kitchen staff as well. Just had a wonderful dinner with my husband outside. Service was the best I have had!!! She was absolutely wonderful!! Must haves Avocado egg rolls, fish tacos!!!! Omg the new cookie dough cheesecake was to die for!!! I gave food one star from perfect as we got the thai chicken Lettuce wraps and there was 4 tiny strip of chicken and they were hard as rocks like they had been sitting for days.... Visited a little over a month ago. The service was pleasant and prompt. The prices were slightly high but the generous portions made up for the cost (with the exception of the $7 side of steamed broccoli). The burger was cooked perfectly to order and everything was scrumptious. If you're ever in the area, stop by and order the mac and cheese balls.
