We live 100 miles from Salina and discovered the Cellar a couple months ago. Whenever we come back for an evening out this is the first place we go. The drinks and charcuterie boards and exceptional. The Knob Creek whiskey sour was unbelievable. The ladies working there make sure your drinks never go dry and Eric sets at the end of the bar and makes sure everyone is happy.

Neat speakeasy feel right on Santa Fe. Service was great. Margarita with Patron was perfect. Very relaxed and unique atmosphere.

Owner and staff were outstanding. Friendly and attentive. Must stop on your way through Salina. Locals have a gem of a bar downtown.

A really cool place, great for meeting up with friends, family, coworkers... Not big and noisy, not schrunched in bumping other patrons, either. Fab music, too. Honest to goodness rock!
The bartenders know what they're doing and have an awesome repertoire. The most outstanding aspect though, is the charcuterie boards!! OMGosh. Amazing!
Definitely worth checking out, and making return trips.

Great vibe. Drinks are really good and priced very reasonable. The charcuterie boards are priced outrageous for the amount you get.
