The Capital Grille is always spot on. Their staff is spectacular and the food delicious. The staff was very obligating when I wanted to taste two of their sauces with my bone in ribeye. This was my second time to this place, I was so impressed, we came back again. The bartender, Shalyla (forgive me if I am misspelling her name) not only remembered us from a month before, but she knew our food and drink orders from that time. WOW! And then apparently she overheard it was my birthday, so as a special, we got this as a special surprise. I will say, this is my favorite new steak house in Fairfax, and if you go?
