As a customer of many years I am so MAD! I waited an hr for some food I paid for in advance online @7:39pm, got pulled up when I came to the window @8:12pm only to be told at 8:25 they never knew I was there. I proceeded to ask for a refund and got the window shut on me while they look for my order. Unacceptable that my family of 5 has to go order and wait another hr somewhere for food. Nasty attitude, poor customer service, pulling up customers only to have no knowledge they are there.

Chicken Wings
The food has been excellent everytime I've purchased anything. However, the cashiers are NEVER friendly and I didn't like the fact that I requested only ketchup on just my fries and I was asked to pay extra. The only reason I find that to be unreasonable is because what's the difference in putting ketchup on the fries and giving me packs of ketchup? LoL....some of these restaurants will do their best to nickel and dime people to death smh
