Highly recommend! Had the two meat mixed plate (Ribs and Brisket) with smoke Mac-n-cheese…. Smoke Mac-n-cheese alone is very tasty, but to add smoked beef …. It is incredibly hard for me to find barbeque worth bragging about in the PNW. This place is a game changer. Their brisket is smoked to perfection - starting with an irresistible crust and tender meat. Keep smokin', y'all! I will always want more.
