I stopped by because of the reviews. Trust and believe it was well worth the stop. Randi is amazing. She is very attentive and has a very, very pleasant and friendly personality. I was greeted at the door even though they were super busy. They made it a point to acknowledge all the customers that came in. The chefs, whew!! They worked hard and were plating the orders fast. Everything I ordered was made fresh. I had the Brunch House Benedict. It was great. The owner ensured he made rounds to see if everyone was enjoying their visit. All I saw was smiles. It is a great place to visit and enjoy some good food. I was very impressed with how smooth the crew works and the atmosphere is amazing. Thank yal so much for a wonderful breakfast that made my heart happy. Oh, I had a plain order of French toast that cured my sweet tooth. Goodness, it was so good. I love good food and good vibes!!! Was seated immediately, but I then sat for over 15 minutes watching every waitstaff walk past me, look at me and walk by me. No one asked if I wanted coffee, water or anything. I then saw a table of three two tables over get seated and ORDERED 10 minutes after I was seated!! I left, but before leaving, I went to the hostess and told her my issue. Thought she would at least get the manager or do something?? I told her I was going to Russ’ and she had the audacity to say “okay, have a good day!” Unbelievable of the workers these days.
