I love the beers at Brew kettle. Their staff's always been pretty good. Hudson location is often very open, great location. I have a really big problem with the food. It tastes very packaged and pre-made, not sure if that's the right word. They seem like their missing a chef and any original creations. I like to go there and have a couple beers but eating there is another issue. I see that they've bought another location and I wish them all the best success but the food should be reviewed. This restaurant was OK. Nothing special. The food was exceptionally salty. I had the shrimp grits. It wasn't the best I've ever had. Like I say it was exceptionally salty. The flavor was OK. They have a lot of beer here if you like beer which I don't. That's probably the highlight of this place. The service was averaged to a little slow. Not sure I'd go out of my way to come here again. The ambience was nice though I did like the interior and the little fire they have going outside. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Breakfast with Santa was awesome! They need to hone the service aspect with regard to the breakfast and making sure tables are greeted timely ( we waited 20 minutes before we were greeted at all). I know this breakfast is not a typical offering so they get some slack there, was just a little frustrating and a place where improvement can be made. We went here for a late lunch, early dinner. Lots of TVs and great for watching games. We had a table of 8 and the service was well timed and friendly. We had a few starters... shishito peppers, poutine and buffalo dip. Shishito peppers were with burrato cheese. They were good but probably didn't need the cheese. The poutine was good...crispy fries, good cheese and gravy but could probably do without the steak bits. The buffalo chicken dip was great! Nice for sharing and liked the pita and celery. For my main, I had the dos tacos. I liked the crispy shell but didn't love the BBQ sauce and steak but someone else that liked BBQ sauce might like them. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Update: We went yesterday for lunch. We started with the pretzel, it's very big and was delicious. The cheese sauce and mustard were great. Unfortunately, after that, things were just ok. We got our food and had to wait for silverware. I didn't want fries, so I ordered roasted broccolini. It was deep fried, it was greasy, bitter, and inedible. My burnt end tacos were missing the slaw, and the shells were super greasy. I ate one, brought the other one home, and just ate the burnt ends. My husband asked for his burger medium, and it was well done. Went for lunch, they were very short staffed. Matthew was busting his butt at the bar, tables, and outside. My power bowl with chicken was 👍👍. The Husbands burger was a bit rare for medium, otherwise good.
