Wow! This was my first time coming in to The Breakfast Club, and I was so impressed. The food was, of course, fantastic. They had so many options to choose from and multiple ways to cater to dietary needs and restrictions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a long line due to it being a Sunday afternoon, but they breezed through it without showing stress. Thank you for making my Sunday with your warm service and phenomenal food! Usually the service is great but I’m really upset with them today ! I was on a schedule and called in ahead . I called about 8:50 am and the food was suppose to be ready by 9:30 , 9:35 am . My husband and I went in to get our order and it wasn’t ready . He payed and we patiently waited , and waited watching others get their orders done and called out to them . I finally went up to check and it was ready to go and has been sitting there for the last 15-20 mins . And then they wouldn’t give it to us until we proved that we payed for it . Absolutely not okay ! The food is great but by the time we got to eat them they were cold ! Very disappointing! It's good. But the line is always out the door. You can TRY to call ahead and pre-order but the phone is ringing off the hook. It's easier to just go down, stand in line, and get your food.
