Fun night with free bands. Was disappointed that the show was over around 9 and they shut down the bar and kicked everyone out. Seemed like a great opportunity to open the dance floor and keep the party going.

Quaint venue! Super intimate setting. You can get a good view from many different places. Sound was awesome, bar had a good variety of drinks. Overall I was impressed and had an amazing time here!!
Fun place. High ceilings, great shows, nice staff. Lots of seating, good even temperature. Don't expect to get in without ID AND Vaccination card. Saw Tyler Gregory here on on Feb 19th.

Love this place. They feature great bands for a great price, and the people that work there are super friendly. I saw Rifflord, Telekinetic Yeti, and Stinking Elizabetha there, and to this day it remains one of the best shows I've ever seen in a small venue. Thanks for booking those bands, 💯

Legendary. I saw amazing shows at The Bottleneck in the early 90s while in grad school and came down from Chicago to see The Black Angels here on October 1. Add one more legendary concert to my bucket list. The renovations are outstanding and make for an even better concert experience. The staff are super cool and not-at-all standoffish. Friendly bartenders and drinks that are reasonably priced.

Great place for live music. It's much cleaner and more open than when I was going there frequently 20 years ago. It has been a long time since I had been there and I was really surprised by how much nicer of a place it is now.

Great experience! main problem is that the volume near the stage is extremely loud, and can hurt your ears, so wear ear plugs. If you do not want to be up close to the stage there are a lot of tables to sit at and enjoy the show. if you brought a bag the staff will keep it at the bar for you if you'd like. the stage and dance area is small but still one of the best venues in Kansas!
Here tonight for the Deicide show. It's been to long since the last time I was here. Practically lived here in the 90s, back when music was awesome. This place still is one of, if not the, best places for live music.

It's a phenomenal local music venue that has not only held up for decades, but still has great bands come in and has gotten even better with time!

Great venue to see both new and well known bands. Intimate setting where you can get right up to the stage for the full effect. Prices are reasonable for beer and the bartenders are friendly. The sound people helpful and friendly too. Lawrence is a great town for new talent and the Bottleneck lets new bands play there which is what it's all about. My kids are in bands, when they were starting out the bottleneck let them get up on stage and treated them well.
