I walked in here looking for shelter from the harsh cold, only to find a whole lot more! The vibe here is relaxing and warm. Perfect for anything from a casual get-together to a first date. Very close to the train station if you are waiting for your next ride and need something good to eat 😋 (Definitely will be back for Karaoke Tuesday 🎤) Shoutout to Anita for being so attentive and kind! The Blue Duck has to be the coolest place I’ve visited in New London so far! It has trendy vibes with unique foods on the menu. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about peanut butter and jelly wings, but I ended up really enjoying them! The lobster Mac was definitely a highlight too. They have a nice patio area that I definitely have to come back in the summer for. I’ve been telling everyone who asks me for recommendations in the New London area that the Blue Duck should be at the top of their list! Visited back in June and had an amazing experience, the patio setting is great giving waterfront views and views of the NEC below as well. Order the fish and chips and they were amazing and couldn't finish it all, my mom got the grilled chicken sandwich it was equally as good. The prices were also extremely good and fair for a restaurant my soda was only 2$ and fish and chips where only 16$. If your visiting New London this is a must visit restaurant.
