I've been coming to the Biltmore for almost a decade. I've watched it get better and better through the years. It's everything you want in a neighborhood hangout. The cocktails are prohibition inspired and generally inventive takes on classics. The food is surprisingly good for bar food; the short rib poutine and brussel sprouts in particular are very satisfying. The beer list is always a great selection. This is a nice cozy place for dinner and drinks; in my humble opinion the best place in Upper Falls.
