My gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Eduarda at Breakfast and Coffee Shop Big Apple in Marlborough last week. From the moment we entered, Eduarda demonstrated professionalism and courtesy while assisting us with the menu. Her recommendations were excellent, and she ensured that everyone, including my elderly relatives from Brazil, felt comfortable throughout our visit. It's obviously not a five-star restaurant, but it's great for breakfast! Had a delicious omelette & I liked the breakfast potatoes. They were just plain potato chunks (no onions are peppers) but they were tasty and not dried out! As New to Mass in the year or two. Big Apple has been a great place for food and great prices I have found for a sit down place. Wish they did Dinner Service as well. Excellent breakfast. Fast and friendly service. Although the potato pancakes were so flavorful, they were also way too greasy - I recommend skipping them. Everything else - yum. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I found this place while looking up breakfast places in the area. It’s fairly big with lots of seating. The waitresses were very attentive, my coffee cup was never empty. I ordered an omelet, French toast, bacon and it came w home fries and toast. The home fries were big, flavorful, hot and perfectly crunchy! Bacon was right and the French toast were delicious. My only issue was the omelette. It was “fold over” style, ham/onion/cheese folded into the middle of the folded over omelet) I prefer a blended ingredients omelet myself but that’s an easy fix. We came here on the recommendation of my six year old nephew. His favorite, the smores waffle, was worth the trip. We got there at 9 am and waited about 30 minutes for our party of nine to be seated. I had a simple breakfast of one slice of french toast with bacon. My daughter ordered eggs with toast and turkey bacon. Most of the turkey and pork bacon slices were extra thick. Service was great. I got the poached eggs on homemade hash over two English muffins. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the hash was very tasty! The home fries were obviously homemade and the seasoning was really good. It was a little busy on a Saturday morning, and service was decent.
