Overheard the staff saying he is lazy to make the terry benedict sauce so it was served to me without the sauce. Also, this is my 3rd time here and the quality of food is inconsistent. The price of food doesn’t mirror the quality of it.

If you're looking for a great cafe to hang out or date, this is the place. It's remarkable to have such cafe here in Bintulu.
The ambience is very classy, really date-worthy kind of place. The lighting and atmosphere are just like that.
I'm not a hipster cafe goer or coffee enthusiast, so I'm rating this place high.

Relaxing atmosphere. The right place for a cup of iced coffee of your choice. Bring a friend to talk to, or conjure a workstation here as you sink into your own productivity. Mocha, Matcha, Latte, Chai all taste good. The imitation-crab-meat-filled-croissant is amazing as well. M40 pricing.
I loveeeee the interior design with some jazzy song in the background. It makes me feel like I'm in a 5 stars hotel. Veryy instagrammable, so for those who want pretty photos, this is your place! I ordered salted caramel mocha but it was too sweet for me, shudve asked for less sugar but still good regardless. The croissant and cake was amazing 👌 chef's kiss. But for the price, the drinks and food are quite pricey compared to other cafes that I've been before. So maybe will only come once in a while due to this 😅

Great:
-Came here several times for business trip. It is just below wiwo hotel.
-Loves the warm, welcoming interior design with nice music. Feel so calm and productive.
-Haven't try their food or dessert, but I loves the beverages. Never thought you draw on mocha cx I normally saw on latte only.
-The staffs are super friendly and welcoming you. Thumbs up for this! I went for 3 morning and night and notice their staffs changed from time to time. Quite amazed how well they train their staffs if it was partime job.
-Open until 12am! I always spend my night here preparing business agenda during my stays. I prefer somewhere outside from the bedroom.
To improve:
-I did notice people bring wines and beer during the night. Quite noisy sometimes but acceptable for me. Perhaps the staffs can help to remind the customer to control their speech🤭

Salted Caramel Ribbon Crunch
Beautiful interior, delicious coffee, perfect oat and almond milk, and nice cakes. The sandwiches are tasty too. I am giving it 3 because the chocolate was not worth it for the price. not sure where the chocolate came from but this was surely was not a good quality given the price. The staff was friendly to me too.
But overall really good. Recomended for everything else but chocolate at the moment.

So happy that there is a Blendsmiths branch here in Bintulu. What we had: roast beef sandwich, chocolate praline, vanilla custard. Also had a frappe. Price wise a little expensive but I find justified, as all the things I tried tasted good. Ambience is also great. Will come again.
Everything is expensive but price does not reflect quality. It’s almost like a hotel tax for all orders. Do yourself a favour and don’t order the food here. I ordered a croissant and heard the microwave ding in the kitchen when I asked to get it heated up. Came out wet and spongy.
