Mac and cheese is bomb, we got the surf and turf and the Nashville chicken Mac and cheeses along with brussels sprouts and corn bread. To those coming here for the first time, at least get a side of cornbread. The cornbread comes with honey butter and is nice and warm when served. It wasn’t crowded and the food came pretty quick! Our first stop on our road trip. I was indecisive between the fried chicken sandwich with fries and the Bayou Mac. Great & cheerful service. The waiter asked the cook to substitute it for the pimento cheese. I was worried it would be small, but boy, was I wrong. It was delicious and filling, wishing I finished my plate, but it was definitely worth the money. It wasn't so busy during lunchtime and we got our meal quickly. I recommend you stop here if you are looking for something authentic and you don't mind paying a bit more. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I so enjoyed our anniversary lunch at this adorable and VERY delicious spot in Easton, PA. I'd go back JUST for the Apple Barrel cocktail alone, but it would be a shame to miss out on this jambalaya! We had gorgeous weather that day and decided to eat outside in the darling atmosphere of the square. I felt like I had truly been transported. I'm a Southern gal and I'd say I'm pretty picky about things like fried green tomatoes, cornbread, and jambalaya. The ONLY adjustment I'd make to the menu (personal preference) would be to take some of the sugar out of the cornbread. I like to taste the corn a bit more. Again, that's about personal preference. If you like it on the sweeter side, you're going to absolutely love this because it's made perfectly well! And I wasn't mad about eating this cornbread at all! Haha! Our server was lovely. Music was fun. I was feeling fat 'n' sassy when I left, so it was a good time, y'all! Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
