This place is great. They have so much! I've been looking for a larger sized butter dish. They had 3 or 4. It's a bakery, gourmet grocery, coffee shop, and housewares, cooking store all-in-one. Great place to find unique gifts.
They have just about everything you can think of in this place if it comes to bakery. Was looking for a small spreading knife. Found several but not what we were looking for on this venture. Enjoyed a donut and looking through all of the unique items

Omgosh! I bought a carrot cake and a few cookies. AMAZING! BEST bakery ever! Great little store for other things, like cake baking and decorating. Wines, liquor, out of the ordinary finds. Great place to wonder around.
I used to get Starbucks coffee beans. I now only come here for my coffee. I get the whole beans and grind them myself at home, but they have grinders and bags with markers to mark them. I have a 1 year old, so she's usually in a cart or stroller when we go shopping. They do not have carts, and the aisles are on the smaller side, which is hard to get around someone who is in that aisle. If you need something specific, chances are they will have it. I usually leave with bakery items, too.

On the plus side, The Bakers Kitchen has a lot of kitchen and baking items. The bad, there is no rhyme or reason to how things are organized. Stuff is stacked floor to ceiling with all kinds of stock. I was looking for an immersion blender and spent half an hour looking through the store. The isles are very narrow enough so that two people can't pass each other. I couldn't find anyone working there except the cashier, who wasn't exactly helpful. The prices of their items appear to be within reason. I had one of their pastries and it was pretty good. I would rate it higher if there was some staff around to help or if the staff they had was a little more helpful.
Great place. Everything you need to cook with. Knives, pans, every single kitchen utensil or gadget you could possibly need. They also have a bakery inside with fresh pastries, bread and sweet treats. If your a cook or baker or enjoy being in the kitchen. Go out of your way to go here and check this place out.
I really liked my "bomb". The textures were perfect and the chocolate flavor was strong, yet not too sweet. I'll return for the baked goods. Gnats at the beverage bar :( Coffee was really good, imo. The woman working the counter shouldn't be, though. She may have been having a bad day, but that's not the customers fault. She is why I gave 2 stars and not 5.
I was slightly panicking as the bakery I had hired to make my son’s birthday cake cancelled five days before his birthday, but Thrush’s was awesome! They carefully took my order, and I’m sure the cake will be tasty. I wish all places had their view on customer service!!!
Mediocre at best, we purchased cupcakes, muffins, Eclairs and bars. The cupcakes were very dry. The amaretto cupcakes were disappointing as it had just plain buttercup icing. With the prices I expected more than just below average. The pistachio muffin was bland no flavor at all. The only thing that was remotely good was the lemon bar. And I believe that was a pre-made dessert. I will not be going back for baked goods. Cake supplies but not for the bakery.. In honesty, Meijer and kroger do a better job than this bakery and all their stuff is premade.

If you need something for your kitchen, this place has it. Nice patio seating if you want to have a snack. As they are just off a major bike trail, it would be nice if they had a bike rack.
