If you are looking for the best pizza, coffee and pide in town - stop looking and go to Thapchan X Change. Located right next to an elephant center and only two walking minutes from the river, this café is run by the most amazing Shreya and Yugal who will do whatever they can to make your taste buds fly. I love the vibe, the quietness, and serenity of this place, the details and love the owners put into it. A must visit when in Sauraha!

If you’re looking for the best 🍕 + pide in town & absolutely the best host, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Thapechans also don’t shy away from serving you the most deliciously brewed coffee, alongside good vibes and the most adorb fur friends. They also have a little corner for thrift exchange and all the profits go to training elephants in Sauraha through positive reinforcement. (What other reasons do you need?) This will definitely be my go-to spot every time I visit Sauraha. Thank you, Thapechan for curating a wholesome experience as I devoured my pide, pizza and coffee, cheers!

Such a peaceful and cosy place🥰. Shreya and Yugal, the owners, are so truly lovely. They always help out the customers with the best coffee, tea, and food recommendations. Sherya and Yugal's place is amazing and special.
The coffee is high quality, very tasty with special flavors.
The pizza is delicious.
Sherya and yugal are lovely, unique and interesting people, so welcoming, and make you feel at home.
The place is designed in a natural and beautiful style, it has good vibes and is pleasant to sit in, enjoy and relax.
We enjoyed the experience very much and came back every day to enjoy it again.

If I could give 10 stars to the Atmosphere, I would. Two wonderful people and their dreams to connect with the lives of other people through food and conversations, what an amazing place to be at. Enjoyed their company around an improvised campfire with hot coffee and pizza and sharing life stories. You gotta be there, you gotta enjoy the vibe! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!

We love this place! We felt in love with the coffee, the pizza, and its people. The taste and quality of the coffee and pizza are really amazing. We came as customers and left as good friends. It truly felt like a blessing to come across this place and Shreya and Yugal :) Also they have extremely fair prices for the quality that they provide. Honestly one of the best cafes I have ever visited! The pizza is amazing and the coffee is a must for coffee lovers (best I have had in a long time)! Such a relaxing and beautiful space, and you will be made to feel so welcome. I will certainly be visiting again when we return. Just wish we could visit more often

Really cool local place with great Coffee and a nice pizza. The options in Coffee are almost limitless and Yugal really takes you on a journey of different flavours of coffee. A real coffee tasting. The possibilities in Pizza are limited with two kinds of pizza, the vegetarian and chicken ones. The American type of pizzas, with thick crust, are really tasty. It might seem like a strange combination to have coffee and pizza, but at this place it just works. Also because of the good vibes Shreya and Yugal are spreading. I am really excited about this place and would recommend it to everyone.

They have the best pizza and coffee. You must try the pide - you will be confused at how good it tastes.
Shreya and Yugal (the owners) are warm, kind, and very welcoming.
Definitely give it a try when you’re in Sauraha.

Hands down the best pizza in all of Nepal!! And their coffee is to die for. If you're in Sauraha this is the one place you cannot miss.
