Small spot with a big personality! The food here is always great, they will give you the level of spice you ask for but even the mild dishes are so flavorful. DO NOT order here if you don’t have an hour to wait for your food, Thai Unique is better quality, close by, and way better customer service. Once we arrived to pick up the front end girl was extremely rude and then proceeded to do everything but my order. We came in on a lunch, and when we wanted to cancel the order because we couldn’t wait anymore. At this point the order was placed 40minutes ago and I was met with more attitude, it’s not their fault they don’t set the pick up times, understood but you could communicate with the customer and/or your food order system that you can’t keep up. Girl with glasses just fueled my coworkers anger, she handled it it with more attitude and talking over her instead of trying to solve anything noodle express just yelled louder. Food was good...but the drunken pad Thai wasn't spicy, the green curry wasn't green and the service was bad. Folks were sweet, but sticky table, our entrees came out a good 5 min apart and tables next to us got incomplete orders and one table even served the others appetizers which wasn't caught till too late. This place has good food, but is also why I hate tipping up front. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
