I stood around no jost for 10 minutes trying to place a take out order employees walked by without asking a question. The service is horrendous and there is no customer service at all here. I'm never coming back to this restaurant Good luck if you choose to eat here 🤙

Friend was in town to celebrate her mom's 80th birthday. She was wearing a tiara and a sash that said "80 and Fabulous". Our server never wished her a Happy Birthday. She must've been having a bad morning. We asked for sugar for the coffee and she said she'll try to dig some up in the back. We got tired of waiting and grabbed some from the next table over. I liked my Hawaiian omelet but they didn't care for their Eggs Benedict. Something about the sauce. The coffee was just a notch above luke warm. I don't like luke warm coffee so I added ice to mine. Our server just seemed curt the whole time and it wasn't very busy. As a Friday Rewards member, I was rather disappointed. Guess I'll stick with the Fridays at the Orleans.

After staying in Las Vegas for 3 weeks I find myself returning to one particular place to eat. That place would be TGI Fridays. The reason I keep coming back is more than just pure convenience. It is because of the service provided by my server/bartender Elaine. After my second visit of many, she already knew what I wanted to eat and drink. It’s been more than two weeks now of a month long trip to Las Vegas and I find myself sitting at one of her tables now as we speak. If you want to have your dinner or drinks served to you by someone who treats you like family then come see Elaine at TGI Fridays off of Boulder Highway…… I know I do……

The service was slow, the bread stocks were tiny-tiny, so small so I took tiny bites to enjoy them with my drink. My drink was good but the steak that we had were not good at all. Jazmín rice was nice but over all the meal was not worth it. We will not be going THERE AGAIN.

Food was good. Server was very attentive. This TGIF is inside Sam’s Town Casino. Lots of parking. We had to ask for new silverware because the ones we had was pretty dirty and spoon was bent 😉other than that it was good. We will be back. Thanks ☺️

Went to Sam’s Town for the Christmas light show. We decided to go to TGI Friday’s since it was convenient, but quickly regretted that decision. The waitresses appeared to be irritated with each other over which tables were in their area. It took 35 minutes before someone came to our table for our drink order. She started off by abrasively telling our party how she isn’t our server, but that she would take our order. You could feel the tension. Shortly after that, another waitress took over and she was actually very nice. We got our food about 30-35 min later, so a little over an hour from the time we sat down. The food was all cold and was mediocre at best. I regret not leaving after the first waitress was rude. This place isn’t hard to avoid, so I can easily say we will never eat here again. To any families out there, drive to a better part of town for dinner. This restaurant sucks.
