About
Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve nicely cooked seafood pasta, prawns and Caesar salads here. Tasty Brezeln are what this bar offers you. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer good draft beer or good wine. The whole impression won't be complete without lemonade that is great here. The warm atmosphere of TGI Fridays makes visitors feel relaxed and have a nice time. The terrific staff at this place can show how much they appreciate their clients. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices at this spot claim to be attractive. But a number of guests who use Google didn't grant this bar a high rating.

Great place to eat, staff is awesome. only issue is If you go there to early there is no one at the front and sometimes might wait for 20 mins before someone greets you. Mind you they are not busy at all at this time. Probably a staffing issue Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

EDIT: after replying to this saying that “we take matters like this very seriously and this is currently being investigated,” TGI Fridays has deleted my review. Editing for some grammar mistakes and to hopefully get it put back up. I also want to say that I am posting this not out of spite, but to warn others about working at this “establishment.” I trained here for 2 weeks as a bartender, as I wanted to have some extra bartending experience on my resume and this was the first place that contacted me. I was trained by one of the bar managers, Kylie, who started off nice enough but became rude, unprofessional, and extremely condescending toward me. it was clear that she did not think that I was capable of being a bartender, as all she ever did was criticize me, and never taught me anything unless I explicitly asked. Kylie would reprimand me for things that I had never been trained on or told, which was funny because she was the one supposed to be training me. On top of this, she would get very snippy with me about not making the Friday’s exclusive cocktails correctly, despite providing me with years outdated recipes, some as old as 2018. I also was not given access to the app with the updated recipes despite me asking multiple managers multiple times for access to this. She also kept saying that I needed to be pour tested, and even though I followed up with her multiple times about being pour tested, I never was! After the 2 weeks of training, I was taken off the schedule completely by another manager, Jonathan. I tried to contact him multiple times over the course of the next 2 weeks as to why I wasn’t receiving shifts and was completely ignored by him. He never replied to a single one of my messages, even though they had clearly gone through. I (rightfully) assumed that I had been (unjustly) fired without notice, and went in the following week to retrieve my last of 2 paychecks. Jonathan would not even come out of the back office to speak to me himself, and instead sent a server to tell me that there was no check for me there and that I had “already received my last paycheck.” This was not the case, as I was still owed payment for 22 hours of work. He then sent the server back to tell me that he’d “look into payroll” and contact me. He never contacted me, so I had to reach out to him myself AGAIN, spelling out the exact details of the hours and dates that I had not received payment for. FINALLY, he replies, saying he’ll “get back to me when he hears from payroll.” 2 days later, he informs me that I will be receiving my final paycheck on January 30th, an entire pay period (2 weeks) late. I did attempt multiple times to contact corporate to report both Kylie and Jonathan for their unprofessionalism, but unfortunately the people I was able to get in contact with at corporate (who were very kind and understanding) were unable to help me as this location is franchised, not corporate owned. Even more unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any sort of contact information for anyone at Sugarloaf Hospitality, the company that franchises this location. Jonathan and Kylie got off scot free for their unacceptable behavior. Not that I ever came here before, but I will NEVER step foot in any TGI Fridays ever again for any reason, and I will encourage everyone else I know to do the same. I truly hope this location goes under or is reevaluated with better managers and structure. When I went to pick up my last paycheck on the 30th, one of the employees there told me that Jonathan has been doing this same thing (taking people of the schedule and then ghosting them) to other employees at this location. Gross! TL;DR, do NOT apply to this location, especially as a bartender. You will be treated horribly, ghosted completely, and then they’ll have the audacity to try and not pay you for the time that you did work for them. The worst management at any place I have ever been to or worked at. I should say, though, that Andrea and Nicole were great. I had no problems with them at all and they were both very nice to me. We are always looking for restaurants that offer plant-base options, but there aren't many nearby, so we always go to TGI Frisays. Their Beyond Burger and chips and salsa are excellent. Great service! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered take out over the phone, went in to pick it up. Got to the car and checked out the food, I realized I’d gotten slightly the wrong order. We had gotten chicken tenders and sauce on the side when we had actually tried to order the chicken already tossed in the sauce. So to try and make it easy and faster for us all, I asked to just get a few more cups of sauce (that way I could toss the tenders in it myself). The staff was super nice about it and the manager Nichole went above and beyond! She asked me what had I meant to order and offered to remake it all and get me the correct dish I wanted, no extra charge and it was so fast (maybe 5 min) all of which my son and I stood and chatted with Nichole who was so friendly and kind that after we left my son said “mom you should go get her number she was nice and you always say you can’t have too many friends” 😆 5stars! Thanks again Nichole and TGIFridays 🙂 Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went to Friday's to reminisce, but unfortunately it did not happen. The atmosphere was nice, service was great. The food was mediocre. It really didn't hit home with flavor, and many of the items seemed over-breaded or oversalted. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the ambience and family time. Food was okay, I could tell something was off with my main dish which was the Cajun pasta. After the meal I felt incredibly sick and now it's to a point I can't stop vomiting. I'm pretty positive I have food poisoning. Save yourself the trip and go to Applebee's instead. Service Dine in Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
My husband and I went in at 7:25 pm for dinner. We ordered drinks and an appetizer right away. It took over 10 minutes for our drinks (our app came before drinks). When we for our drinks we put in our dinner order. We waiting over 40 minutes for 2 entrees. Meanwhile those around us who were seated after us received their meals. We asked the waitress 3 times what was going on and her response was always “soon, I’m sorry” - not even checking in the back what was taking so long. We left at 8:30 with no dinner after the 3rd ask. On our way out we mentioned it to the manager who was on her phone and she mentioned she was “soooo sorry” and had no idea. I always try to be patient or understanding with the service industry but they didn’t seem to care enough to try to fix it. Waiting 45+ minutes while everyone around us is being serviced just turned us off and causes us to leave. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give less 1 star to this place I would... My oldest daughter loved this place until last night. We asked for a steak cooked medium well, instead the steak was red. When I told the waitress she brought a plate from another table and said, I will ask them to cook it. 10 minutes later she brought us the same steak but burned..... Immediately I said waoo but not is burned. She said it should be fine inside. It was burned and red inside!!! And the fries overcook My 10 years old was so disappointed. The worst was that the waitress was like she didn't care about it at all... she said she didn't cook the food!!!! Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Went there around a Saturday evening. We didn't order much, but our food was served last out of four tables that came in after us. The waitress felt like she was annoyed at us from the start when we started ordering our drinks. Her personality was not the same throughout her section. I get that it's a rush hour, but we felt like the service wasn't the best. We left extremely disappointed. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The food was gross. My son asked for no cheese or sauce on his food and they put both. Sent it back and the 2nd time it still had sauce. My daughter in-laws meal had so much sauce she couldn't even scrape it off . Seeing we already sent back one meal she just ate her fries. The waitress was very nice and friendly.
