I had a wonderful dinner with my kids. Our server Ricardo was very pleasant and attentive. He was on top of refills, napkins, anticipating anything we may need. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Then the manager, Rigo, came to our table and told us a our happy hour and how to become rewards members. we visited on a Sunday and wanted a "low cost" family meal. they currently have a $10 menu which has some great options. we ordered a burger, wings and chicken Alfredo as well as butter pasta. the butter pasta was drenched in butter (I had to drain some of out). the burger was good but lacking sauce or spread. the chicken Alfredo was decent and a good portion. the wings needed more sauce and the ranch could be better. also note that they charge extra for ranch (which we weren't told) racked up almost $5 in ranch. the service was great, very attentive and our orders were quick and accurate. we would probably not come back, but the current promo is great for families. Took my family to go have some dinner on a Saturday afternoon before the big crowd comes in. I have to admit that the servers were very nice and attentive even though they were understaffed. The food was not very good actually. The portions were very small and the steaks that we ordered were very tough. The quality of meat they use is not of high standard. A lot of fat and nerves in the meat. The portions for the hamburgers with fries were quite small also. The hamburgers are a lot smaller in real life than they look on the pictures and the portion of fries was a half a handful at best. I can understand raising their prices because of inflation but if you raise the prices you should also keep the quality and quantity of the plates. I come to this location a few times when I'm in the area. Have never been disappointed. Drinks are made well if you are at the bar, great friendly staff, food is always fresh and comes out hot and tasty!! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I like their new menu, especially since it now offers appetizers for 1, 2-3 and more. It means I don't have to forgo an appetizers because it would be too much food. I truly hate giving bad reviews but I think this place needs it so they can make some changes. We went there to catch the ending of SF and GB game. Got a seat right away in front of a TV, that was a big plus. Our waitress took our order quickly another big plus. Now the problem: we ordered 2 beers and potato skins. The beers alone took over 20 mins and not until we asked 2 different workers about them did our waitress bring them. The couple in front of us was already there, the guy returned his plate of ribs for some reason and NEVER got his food back. Don't know if they forgot about it or if our waitress, which was theirs as well, was just to incompetent to bring it back. When they asked for a discount for the inconvenience she said she'd ask, but instead sends a male worker to tell them best they can do is not charge the rib plate...well of course he never got it back why would he pay for it! Next a family across from us returned 3 or 4 burgers, not sure why. This time they got their burgers back but after asking the staff about it 2-3 times. The girls who clean the tables were even talking about it saying "people keep returning food". We definitely decided to not order anything else other than beers at that point. And placed our next order while we still had some beer left. Good thing we did because it took her over 20 mins to bring the next 2. Seriously it's beer we ordered not mixed drinks or food. I will say the bar area was full but apart from that it was not busy. We should have left but didn't want to miss the end of the game. Maybe we can blame some of it on being short staffed but in all honesty I think that place is very badly managed. The manager must be as bad as his staff or he/she must not be there enough to see how things really run. Very disappointing, definitely never ever going back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
