The food and service was FANTASTIC! Taylor the manager runs a tight ship and the employees seem happy. My server, Curt, was amazing! Special shout out to server Matt. The food was delicious perfect choice for our date night!!! I do recommend checking the website to see what the wait time range is this place was full and I can definitely see why. Our waitress was so nice and friendly always checking on us and keeping up with everything we needed. I was so full I didn’t get to try the desserts but we will definitely be going back! Well ordered online and they stated I had to wait til 7:15. I’m cool with that, but I ordered at 5:30 and still had to wait at restaurant til 7:50 to get my food. I ordered my wife a medium steak and its shoe leather burnt. I mean come on you called me at 7:00 to tell me you didn’t have a porterhouse. I’m cool with that. But still shouldn’t take about 45 minutes to get my food. They suck I will never go back there again it’s a sorry excuse for cooks I’ve ever seen. Didn’t have to wait long. Ended up sitting at the bar. Better than a 45 minute wait. The country fried chicken with cream gravy was delicious along with the mashed potatoes and cup of chili and a unsweet peach tea. This was our first time to Texas Roadhouse. We didn't have much of a wait to be seated, the waitress was friendly. They were out of the steak my husband wanted to order, but he did order another steak. When it came it was cooked well done instead of medium. The waitress had them cook up another steak and that was better, just took a while. I got the shrimp and they were sooo salty I couldn't even eat them, which the waitress did nothing to accommodate. My salad and the rolls were good though. My son got a burger with mushrooms on it and he said that it was good but salty as well. So overall disappointing visit. The food is always great for great prices!! The appetizer potatoes skins are one of my favorites, especially when they season them well. We have been coming here more often lately bc it's so good. The rolls!!! Omg lol and the waiters are always super friendly. Never order takeout from this place. I waited two hours for some chicken tenders and a burger and they were cold when I got them. I could have gone to the store, bought the ingredients, and made my own faster than this. This happens every single time I order takeout from here. They also never give you the dipping sauces you order for any dish. I would understand some issues every once in a while but this happens consistently with every visit. Food was greatn, service was outstanding. The wait for a table was ridiculous, called ahead and was told 1-1.5 hrs(which isn't bad) but then 3hrs later and still told you have at least 20-30min. I understand they were busy but when you're standing there and they're several other people with 3+hr waits it seems maybe they aren't giving out the correct information.
