So, we've been regulars at this place, like, every month, and it's always been awesome - until last night, man. We handed the waitress two gift cards to pay the bill. She used one, which was cool, but then said the other one was empty and just tossed it. We were sure there was still 74 bucks on that card she chucked. We double-checked with her, even talked to the manager, but she just got all ticked off and acted like we were dumb or something. We asked for the card back, even if it had zero balance, and she got all irritated. It was weird - she should've put it with the used-up cards at the cashiers, but nope, straight in the trash. Eventually, she hands it back with a printed balance of 74 bucks, like nothing happened. Didn't even apologize. She acted like we were a pain the whole time, and we kept saying sorry to her, even though it was her mistake. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but her attitude was just not cool, man. Maybe it was truly their payment system's problem, but at least she could way sorry. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Dillon was a great server. Very friendly,informative, and definitely knowledgeable of what you have. Suggested the breaded mushrooms due to we both ordered mushrooms with our steak. They were very good!! Our steak were cooked perfectly, thank you to your cooks!! It was my husband’s birthday and I really wanted them to sing to him, however, I promised him I wouldn’t…Lol. I visited as a treat for my birthday, and I'm so glad I did! Our server Ella was incredible the whole time. We had quick service, great food, and a ton of fun! Had an excellent fillet. Cooked perfectly. The salad and mashed potatoes were great too. Plus their buns are always delicious. Also had excellent service. My daughter loved the Mac N cheese and the buns too. The wait was a little tough with the little ones but I'm sure this place is always busy. This is my favorite place for cold beer and great food in Rapid City! The beer is so cold it almost turns to slush. And tonight I had the best prime rib I have ever had. I do love this restaurant chain they have the best service ever and really good food, two things that are curious only last week I happen to eat at the Coeur d'Alene location and I will say that the breading on the chicken and the bread consistency is actually different at both locations they were both very good but just different kind of interesting loved our experience. Went for work morale building. Wasn't really hungry, but dined on bread and chicken tenders. The food was prompt and good. One in the party had hair in food. The manager came out and apologized numerous times and remade the food. Overall, it was a good time for lunch. No complaints. They do get crowded, so plan ahead. Military discount available. We got there around 5:15 and the place was packed. We got a table right away but as we were leaving there were tons of people waiting. We ordered a porterhouse to share with 3 sides. The hot buns with cinnamon butter was so good as well. It was all delicious and enough food for 2 people. They had a customer rep go around and ask people how the service and food was.
