First time here, today as of right now, 2/15 @ 820. My fiancée and I were excited to try it. Upon our first order the blooming onion was still raw at the center and the chili would have been fine if someone hadn't dumped the whole cumin bottle in it. On a plus side the alcohol drinks smack! The famous franchise is located in Hesperia, as a stop from SoCal to Las Vegas. We arrived at 11am as the very early opening of the weekends . The crowds gathered into the house as the afternoon came. The bread with butter is always great. We tried the cactus blossom as the deeply fried onions which are too heavy for two guys. For the main dishes, we tried the Dallas fillet which is tender and the T-bone 23ox Porterhouse. For the T-bone steak, I ordered the medium, but it comes out to be less than medium-rare, which I suppose the meat is too big to cook thoroughly. We tried the corn, the mashed potatoes with gravy, the green beans and also the home salads. All generally good but the volume is so heavy that we have to take-out a lot. We have to wait for almost 45 minutes for the steak while it doesn't make us so satisfied. Brought the wife and kids here for something special, and the whole time being up sold for this and that. Sure I'll take Avocado and bacon on my salad for extra$$. The kids ordered Macncheese and chicken fingers. Since the salad came out first it set the tone for the experience here. Needless to say that after the salad came out the way it did, it really ruined all our appetites. They fixed it very quickly because our server saw me bust out my phone and started taking pictures. Kids don't want to go back and neither do I for $135. When we left my daughter said "see I told you we should've went to IN N Out". Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Great food! Bellied up to the bar and got food within 10 minutes during rush hour. It was a 50min wait at the front door. Barfolk were friendly and chill. Bartender was super good! Suddenly waitstaff went into line dancing. Not too intrusive. Lots of sports screens at the bar.
