I used the app to place my order. Food was not ready until 30+ minutes after the app said it would be. I was made to wait outside in the miserable heat and humidity without the offer of even a cup of water. When the food finally was ready it was a huge disappointment. Items were missing and somehow the food wasn't hot. No condiments or utensils were included even though they were asked for in the app. The chicken wings looked like leftovers that had been through heck and back, with no celery or sauce. The salad was good, at least. When I went back to address the food issues the staff did try to make things better but according even to them, this location is in real trouble. By the way ... days later and the app still indicates that my food order has not been completed. ***UPDATE*** ... After they took the time to respond to my review and asked me to reach out, there has been no further communication. Elliott was our server, and he was OUTSTANDING!!! The reason I rated atmosphere so low is because it was freezing in the restaurant. Are they saving the heat? Even one of the host was wearing a winter coat to seat people!! Asked Elliott and he said he didn't know why they had it so cold tonight. Ordered a 16 oz. Ribeye and it came back so tuff I had a hard time cutting it!! Said something to Elliott he took it back and brought out one that was alot better. The only problem was I couldn't eat it, I WAS SO COLD we put our meals in 3 to go boxes and left. It was very disappointing since I so look forward to eating out. My wife and I decided on a date night on 10/2. The table we were sat at had a pile of trash next to it from the floor getting swept. That pile was there the entire time we were there. We both ordered the bone in ribeye. When they arrived my wife's looked twice the size of mine. Mine was supposed to be medium well and it came to the table almost raw. Ate here yesterday 3/24/2023. We arrived around 4pm and as soon as we walked in a very friendly face greeted us at the check in booth. Our group had 5 people, we were seated promptly. Our server was Miya who was AMAZING IN ALL AREAS! This young lady took our drink order first and then gave us plenty of time to look over menu before ordering (we have indecisive children lol). She made ordering easy, as she knows the menu very well. After ordering she kept the rolls and butter coming on her own without us having to as for them. A regular drink check was also kept. Our glasses didn't get below the half way point before she was refilling our cups. It took maybe 20 minutes for our food to get to the table, which was acceptable due to the amount we ordered and the head count we had. The food was HOT! It was flavorful and delicious going down. Webhad a birthday at our table as well. This young lady kept her word and had many if the employess come and do the Texas Roadhouse BIRTHDAY YEEEEE-HAAAAWW!! My 15 year old was embarrassed, but it was a sight to see. Very energetic and birthday worthy. While eating She kept the empty plates from piling up as we ate. She made a regular passes at our table to make sure we were OK and to ask if we needed anything. We were in here nearly 2 hours. The restaurant was clean, the over all environment was pleasing to my husband and I and our children as well. We did visit the restroom while here. The main womens bathroom was full, but luckily it was clean. Fortunately they offer a separate family bathroom option which is what we used. Both restrooms were clean and according to my husband so was the men's restroom. We had a easy time paying as they have a ziosk at the table that the kids can play games on while waiting, but it doubles as a check out for your table. It give the option to pay in full or split the check how ever you want to. You can ask the waitress how to use it if you have trouble or you can be left to do it on your own and not be rushed. It's actually a breath of fresh air to have the option, as sometimes we eat out with others and splitting the checks are aggravating and confusing for most waiters/waitresses. After waiting 2 hrs (which is understandable. They were very busy) we finally got a table. We sat at the table forever with no silverware. Got our salads. Still no silverware. We finally get silverware after I salads were not even cold anymore. Fast forward to our food… we get our steaks and they were COLD along with my potato. I told the manager (I NEVER complain about food at restaurants) and this man said “do you want a Togo box or for me to take it off your ticket.” I woulda rather had it remade and paid for it. DO BETTER! I will not be back. Food: 1 Service: 2

So. Texas is normally spot on. Well tonight we ordered two legendary margaritas, and they tasted like nothing but tequila and dirty faucet water they were not good at all. Just want to share this. First of all my family has Always loved TRH. Even having to wait an hour to get a table, but tonight,12-03-24, my daughters,their friend and their cousin wanted a nice meal and of course they chose their favorite Place! A girl named Jasmine was their waitress, she was rude to them from the beginning , to my sat down, she asked for their drinks and asked them if they was ready to order , they were they knew what they wanted! She told my 12 yr old she had to be under 10 to order from the kid menu. Well we have ordered from that kid menu plenty of times ! And even my 18 yr old has !! She don’t want a big portion! .. so they needed up ordering their food .. 25 minutes later , no drinks. No rolls. And y’all know the rolls are the thing there! Well my daughter was so upset and they all ended up leaving.. she did call and try to talk to a manager or someone who cared and they Hung up in her ! So there ya go … so I’m sure some employees got a good free meal! But as for us , even though my husband and I were not there , this will not be my choice of a good meal and good service. The service has gone do down and looks like a new crew is needed .

They did not bring us our complementary rolls and butter. The cactus blossom was burned, and my husband steak was tough. The waitress did not offer condiments for our food or refills. I had the portobello mushroom, it was delicious. Kennys cooler was amazing. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered the grilled chicken salad as I do from Texas Road House all over the country. I asked for no cheese and no tomatoes (had both on there) my favorite part of the salad is the onions and bacon (didn’t have either one). The chicken was cold and the side of grilled shrimp was cold. On top of all this it was supposed to be ready for 7:30 because I ordered a hour early but stilled didn’t walk out until 7:50. I understand being busy but damn. Waited for 1 hour 5 minutes for a table. Got seated and was told they had no draft beer. Took over 15 minutes to get drinks. Over the course of an hour at the table, we asked for bread 3 times. It was brought as we were finishing our meal. Was completely out of cactus flowers, had no lemons for our water. One of our steaks was under cooked and tough. The other steak was good. I'm sure some of the issues was due to the weather and being short staffed but this really was a bad experience and the waitress was very bad.
