Our server Jay was excellent. I am a “frequent flyer” at Texas Roadhouse and Jay went above and beyond with his service for us on Sunday evening. He is the type of employee that I would like to have in my establishment. Big smile, attentive, and goes out of his way for you keep you updated on your food status. Being a fellow industry member I observe everything. But Jay? Spot on. A one server, and GREAT service given. Cheers to you Jay keep on doing what you’re doing. Service: 5

Great experience from the minute we walked in the door. The greeters at the counter was very friendly. Other staff members were very friendly and polite. Our server Emma was one of a kind. I believe every restaurant needs more people like her. She was very friendly and treated us like we were very important. She knew what she was doing and she was constantly checking on us. This is a decent place to get a steak with out breaking the bank. I get the filet medallions. The bread as this sweet cinnamon butter that taste good. I’ve been here several times and never had a bad meal. I usually get Texas sized drinks. Tanya (server) was amazing, helpful, caring, and efficient. Jess (manager) did a great job, since the entrance, and through the order and everything.
