It's a pleasant experience to eat good salmon, chicken strips and ribeye. Do not go away without trying tasty honey buns and perfectly cooked asida. Enjoy delicious margaritas, beer or michelada. This place is known for great tea, lemonade or coffee. The cosy atmosphere makes this bbq a good choice for a family dinner. Most reviewers find the staff energetic. If you want to experience enjoyable service, you should visit Texas Roadhouse. Prices are found democratic here. You will be pleasantly surprised by the spectacular decor. As for the Google rating, this place earned 4.5.

Texas Roadhouse has some great food. The ribs are absolutely delicious, the mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty good, and I certainly recommend the grilled shrimp dinner. The rolls on this visit were a bit too dark and the service was okay but I did enjoy the salad. The music is pretty loud and just the general chatter of people can drive you crazy on the other hand.

So my visit was a mixed bag... I'll start with the good. The rolls and butter (cinnamon?) were amazing. Very VERY good. Friendly staff, bit of a wait, but who doesn't like throwing free peanut shells on the ground? It can be a little noisy, but it's a roadhouse... that's to be expected. After numerous birthday YeeHaws, my daughter wanted to come back on her birthday. Her food was good, chicken was tender and not dry at all. My ribs and steak? Not so much. The ribs were dry and lacked flavor. The steak is where it hit the fan though. When a place advertises their steaks and has a display of fresh beef as you walk in, you'd think a medium rare sirloin would be a walk in the park. They HAMMERED it, like bad (see the pictures). I asked a staff member to find my waitress which took much longer than it should've. To her credit, she apologized and said she'd make a new one. After a bit we just wanted to leave. I flagged her back down and said we just wanted the check. She said she'd have the manager discount the meal and left to get the check. The manager came over and asked if I was sure, that she'd get the steak done ASAP. I told her it'd already been long enough and everyone else was done eating. She said she'd discount the meal as a way to make it better and I thanked her. I expected to leave happy as they were removing the food from the bill. They did not. She took $6.50 off of the $26 dollar meal. I don't expect something for nothing, but I don't want to pay for garbage either. Decent place and getting 3 stars because some of the food was OK and some of the staff were friendly. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My experience at Texas Roadhouse was really something special, everytime I come here I’m really in for a treat. Yknow everything from the mashed potatoes, steak, buns, fries, ribs. I’m always blown away at how special it is. Everytime I leave here I always walk away satisfied and there is just no doubt about it. Hands down, the best steak you can get from a chain restaurant. This Texas Roadhouse has places like rib n chop running for the hills! My husband got a 24oz ribeye from the cooler, and I got a sirloin and shrimp. The portions are great and everything is seasoned well! I highly recommend the raspberry lemonaid! Great experience! Very balanced atmosphere! Uplifting energy as soon as you walk in the door. The wait staff was supported by management and each other as a team and clearly enjoying their jobs. Review Edit. Placed a To Go order- ordered 2 Appetizers and a meal- total time from order placed onlkne to get it was 1.5 hours. Once I got home with my order I had no sauces at all, but they are listed on the receipt. Boneless wings came with no sauce on them. The comment made at the hostess table to her partner was there was no tip on the order ticket... So I guess this is what you get when you don't add a tip at check out and plan on bringing one with you in cash. Which after those comments was not left. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Decent food, the steaks were very flavorful compared to the last time I ate at a different facility. The server seemed annoyed. My guess was that it was a long night. Which is understandable. However, you gotta let stuff slide and focus on your customers. Which I'm sure can be extremely difficult. Her attitude changed when she saw the gracious tip my wife left her. Which shouldn't change your attitude. You're working for that money in the first place. Fabulous dinner experience! We called in advance to be put on the wait list. A definite must. When we arrived, there was a line outside and very crowded inside. I anticipated the worst evening imaginable and seriously thought of turning around to go elsewhere. After being politely greeted and escorted to the hostess stand, our party of seven waited less than three minutes before being notified that our table was ready🙂 Every table in this cavernous environment was occupied by diners who all seemed to be having a delightful evening. The atmosphere depicted a large party 'where everybody knows your name.'👍🏻 The signature country music was loud but not overwhelming and the popular line dancing by the wait staff seemed to keep the whole house in a pleasant mood without destroying our expectations of a relaxing dining experience. We initially feared that what seemed like organized chaos was going to ruin our evening. Within one minute of being seated, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by our smiling waitress. This obviously wasn't her first rodeo as she gave us the impression that we were her only guests. However, it quickly became apparent that she was an awesome hostess who served several other guests...but not too many! All of us were very pleased with the quality our our food and how it was prepared. My sirloin steak was a perfect medium-rare. The baked potato was not over- or under-cooked. The steamed broccoli was tender but not overcooked and had a delicious seasoning added to it. Bottom line: 1. We were well cared for. 2. Teamwork was obvious. 3. We received our food quickly. 4. Quality of food was excellent. 5. We felt relaxed at our table. 6. All staff seemed to enjoy themselves. 7. All guests were enjoying their evening. 8. We heard several compliments from other tables about the food and staff. 9. We observed the line that greeted us was never-ending but it was 'turning over' quickly throughtout the evening. 10. Very mixed review I love Texas Roadhouse food. I'm basing this particular review on two different to go orders. The first time I ordered to go I ordered ribs for my brother he is in a nursing home I ordered a full rack and was given a half rack now to be honest I am not sure if I only pay for the half rack I didn't really look as I was ordering a bunch of stuff. The rest of the food was fine and the ribs were very good but my brother went to eat his apple pie and it was frozen solid. Keeping in mind is a half hour drive out to where he's at he takes an hour to eat his food and the pie was still frozen solid little disappointing as they don't have a microwave available for them to heat up stuff. Yesterday I ordered a ribeye dinner it definitely was not cooked medium well. My brother did eat the food and got to mix his corn with his potatoes. I want to say the staff is always very awesome so you can forgive some to go mishaps. My only reason I gave the atmosphere such a low rating is due to the booths are very small and if you're a larger person is very uncomfortable to go here which is very sad because their food is very delicious and they do have very great healthy options. PJ apparently is the store manager and I seen him do nothing but carry out trays and be part of the team. When you leave by example the rest of the staff follows. Definitely humble and absolutely love seeing this group. Just moving the whole time. Beth, the barmaid was super ask me my name and remembered it throughout the dinner.
