Don't forget to taste nicely cooked burgers at this restaurant. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Good food, but a bit slow. Waitron was attentive and quick, but most were absent/on the periphery, so expect a wait (and we went during very quiet Sunday hours). Tips are automatically added to the bill, so budget accordingly. Has potential to be great, but make sure you prepare yourself for an impromptu "we're closing soon", as was experienced by the patrons seated behind us. Supposedly closes at 9pm, but the host (?) told said patrons that they were the last customers before 15:30. Menu isn't 100% accurate, either, but not a huge issue alone. The "that'll be X amount more" tacked onto the sentence, however, warrants a lower rating. 3½ stars for now, but wouldn't want to test 'busy hours'. Absolutely great local place. By far, the best burgers I've eaten in a long time in Bloem. Good selection of beer. Friendly and efficient service. The rustic western cowboy theme is just enough to make it really nice and unique. The only downside is that it is a little bit small. This place is very budget friendly, and that doesn't mean you sacrifice the taste of good food. We went on Saturday when all burgers are 30% off. They have specials for every day of the week. The waiters were attentive, and checked in on us regularly, she even recommended a great "off the menu" drink which is definitely a new favourite. We reach this place unfortunately when the kitchen was already closed, but we were not informed that the bar was also about to close and so was the restaurant. While trying to enjoy the cocktail, we were ask to move to a side table in order for the attendig waitress to clean!!!

Spend 55 minutes waiting during lunch hour for a burger order, after being the only customer at 13h00 . People who arrived about 15 minutes after our orders has been given was served with burgers way before us. No apologies for delays were made and after waiting 55 minutes, our sit down had to become a take-away 😡. Not recommended for lunch hour working folk. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Completely ignored when we came in and coffee was cold. Waitrons were slow and not efficient. Burger was really good though.
