Store not well managed. Overcharged for something clearly on sale on the website. Hours posted online are not correct (store closed at 6, hours online say 8). Cashiers more interested in socializing with friends.

A beautiful store, definitely for only the wealthy and very exclusive. We have visited a couple of Terrain's and have never been able to walk away with anything, but we love looking. The staff seemed to be very helpful picking out plants for terrariums. The plants here are incredibly overpriced though, by easily $20 on some of the fairly basic plants.

Have come a few times. One of our favorite spots for brunch and lunch. Dinner options are great too. All around great atmosphere and dining experience.

We had incredible meal and experience. All of the food was exceptional, starting with the house made strawberry honey butter and warm flower pot bread. The hibiscus margarita was excellent and the steak frites was cooked perfectly. Our server, Dave, was very attentive and kind. Can’t wait to come back!

Place was interesting from an interior design standpoint; however, It was quite noisy, Food came out cold, Drinks were blasé at best, and waiter tried to up-sell everything to us. Probably won't return here as it was not my cup of tea...but...others seem to enjoy it.

Food was amazing and well priced. Atmosphere was beautiful!!!! Also non-alcoholic garden sips and coffee were on point. The menu has multiple gluten free and vegan options which I feel like is a huge plus. Our waiter was amazing especially since he was also his own bus boy and had a ton of tables. My only bad points about Terrain would be 1 like most places right now they need more help so if you go you have to bear with them on how understaffed they are. 2 the greenhouse is pretty loud, nothing in there for sound absorption but totally worth it with how pretty it is.

Truly a 5-star establishment. Everything is executed to perfection. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious and beautifully plated, the garden shop is dreamy, and the ambiance is like nature therapy. Love, love, love this place! Thank you, Terrain, for remembering that the vegetarians and gluten-free want to feel special too!

A great place always!!! Very nice stuff took care of us and our kids. The food tastes always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is gorgeous and very peaceful. It’s good for family breakfast or just for a relaxing day. Coffee is great even for those picky people like myself. Convenient location and easy parking access. We love this place!!!

Recent experience at the Cafe was very disappointing. Got sick from the food and a mere 'sorry to hear that' from the manager.
I love the store though and give that part of the establishment a definitive 5.

Shop here if you want Covid! I was appalled at the lack of mask wearing by customers and staff during the Omicron surge. The experience was mind boggling.
