I spoke with who claimed to be the manager at this establishment just simply trying to have an order substituted due to there not being an option on Uber eats. This is something I have had done before with this company & there was no issue. While on the phone the manager had the most snippiest attitude & told me he wouldn’t be able to do anything outside of what Uber eats showed . The owner even got on the phone & said the same thing & they both refused to cancel my order in the system after I told them I did not want it . Horrible customer service
