Great atmosphere, great costumer service, from the time you enter the door into the time you leave. The authentic flavor of mexican cuisine. We ordered enchiladas Supreme and shrimp fajita. it comes with a lot good flavor. For drink we had frozen margarita Higly recommended. The food is always fresh and delicious. The manager is such a nice young man and very polite and friendly. I asked about mojitos the last time there and he told me the following week was bringing them into the restaurant. I went back today and he honor his promise. Awesome, I loved it! I’ve been going to Taxco since before I can literally remember. And always said they were best in Belmont till this evening. Earlier, I decided to take my gf out for Mexican food for her birthday. We arrive to a busy restaurant. 2 other tables seated in our section after us have been given services well before us. Us only haven gotten our chips and salsa. Well the salsa was very spicy! We sat for a little over 10 minutes with no service other than that with both of our mouths burning from the salsa. I tapped the waitress approx. 3 times on the shoulder before she spins around and yells at me “DO NOT TOUCH MY SHOULDER”. Doesn’t help or offer to serve us. I’m sorry we were borderline choking on the extra hot salsa with no water served. Unacceptable. Our main server was 10/10 with no complaints; but starting out the visit with such a sour taste of a restaurant I’ve supported FOR YEARS with my hard earned money is very disappointing. On top of the food not being anything special; I won’t be back anytime soon. The Margaritas were decent🤷🏽‍♂️ Maybe just stick with that. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The food was pretty good. They add ALOT of onions so if you don't like alot it's best to ask for light onions and peppers, the shrimp was a little tough, They only added like a dollop of ranch to the salad wasn't enough of Nothing, BUT Their queso is AMAZING as you see i drowned my meal in it. Overall the meal wasn't bad at all Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Taxco is our default setting for Mexican food in this area. The food is dependably good and the service fast and friendly. It’s a quick, filling stop in for lunch, or a nice place to linger over a casual dinner with friends. My favorites are any of the tacos, the quesadillas, and their extremely tasty chicken soup (sopa de pollo). That chicken soup is the only thing I want when I am under the weather. The food is excellent every time we eat here, the people are so friendly and helpful, and did I mention the food is excellent. I could eat my weight in the fried ice cream. We eat here at least once a month, sometimes 2 or 3 times a month. It's the kind of place you'll love to tip your server, and you'll be talking about how good the food was for about three days. We tried this based on recommendations on local FB pages... but we found the food to be pretty bland, the meat did not taste seasoned at all. The margaritas were so-so. Decided to check out this place because I was in a shop over there last Friday, and the place was jumping. We went Saturday and no crowd 2 hrs before closing time. The food was so good and our waiter gave us the right amount of attention. I had the Arroz con Pollo (ACP),and husband had the Chimichanga special. It was a little expensive, but we had 2 appetizers. Their menu is huge. They charge extra for Pico, guac, and crema too. Only complaint was the Pico de Gallo had way too much onion, barely any Cilantro, and couldn't taste any lime.
