We had a lovely time lunching here today. We ate only one other previous time when it was called Saffron. Service seemed a bit new but lunch options were great! We ordered the Chix Tikka Masala, Curry Chix, Naanwich Chix Tikka, and Dal soup. The sandwich was the best! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were traveling to New Hampshire and thought we stop here. Best choice. The food was amazing and good size portions. They were very nice and the restaurant itself was well set up. If I lived out here I would definitely go again. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We are so excited that Taste of the Himalayas is now open. We got takeout tonight and really enjoy every we got. We're excited to come back and try some new dishes too. We went for medium on spice and might go up next time but the mild was perfect for our non-spicy taste kiddo. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Chicken Momo
First time having Indian food. The vegetable samosas were large and delicious. Garlic and herb Naan was very tasty. Goat curry was okay, too many bones and not enough meat. I would go there again. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered for pickup and sit down dinner today, although not busy for sit down, it was just the perfect atmosphere we were looking for. The food was great, service was great, the owner was great as well. One of us experienced an incident (no one’s fault), the owner and staff were very helpful in ensuring we were okay. Will definitely go back. We ordered Garlic Naan, Chicken mo-mo, and Mildly spicy Chicken Tikka Masala, and it was just right. I never write reviews but this restaurant deserves one. This was the best Indian food I've ever tasted. I had the chicken tikka and garlic naan. The serving size was also great for the price. Every time I crave Indian food I think of this place. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Ordered the Mismas Tarkari and Khukura ka Masu. Mismas Tarkari was just average. A basic mixed veg curry with a few standard veggies and no distinguishing flavor. Khukura ka Masu though, what can I say, likely the worst dish I have tasted in ages. It was a salty, undercooked tomato puree with (well-cooked) chicken pieces. I could just tell how this was prepared from the first taste I had and it was done wrong. The whole preparation is supposed to be different. The real thing tastes so delicious. How can you call yourselves Taste Of the Himalayas when this signature Nepali curry was the exact opposite of authentic? This review may have looked different if you did not have those items on the menu and stuck to whatever sells. But alas... Never dining or ordering from here again. Par excellence taste, quality, quantity, ambiance, portions, delicacies. Not being buffet is the highlight. The a la carte menu is apt. Lighting and music too. Alcohol(wine and beer) and non-alcoholic beverages are served here. KF beer on this particular day was unavailable. Dessert few and healthy options - neither too sweet nor bland. USP - very well run restaurant. Is quite and nothing was hurried. One of a kind dining experience. Visited for the second time in July, still is the best Indian restaurant around. Best quality food, ambiance and service.
