When you crave some Thai-like cuisine, Taste of Thai Kök will deliver it to a very fair price. While the food is not really authentic and your typical “Swedified” way of interpreting Thai cuisine, at least the red, green or yellow curry are close enough. The stir-fries are your usual thing you find in Sweden and don’t resemble the actual dishes. But that’s okay at this price point. Recommended for your casual take-away evening every now and then, but don’t expect much more than that! I’d come again for some comfort food though. Best Thai food on Hisingen, possibly also in Gothenburg. Menu is filled with many great choices and all taste superb. Plates are big, some claim a bit too big. Personal favourite is the green 🌶 🌶 🌶 number 23. The owner and his wife are very kind and and give suggestions on which dish to try based on personal preferences. Keep on doing the great work! First time customer and will definitely be back! When one dish was currently unavailable (for my son, kids can be particular about what they eat), the cook went out of his way to create something similar, but off the menu. Also, we could order a spicy dish wich he made milder (for my sensitive Swedish taste buds). Great service, great food, generous servings.

I went there based on the other reviews. Greaaat and awesome tasty Thai food 😍 Me and my wife got menus 60 and 62, both amazing. It had been opened for two months but the chef does this for the past 15 years he said. I fully recommend if you want fresh, spicy, tasty and Thai food.

Two different times we ordered and each time he told he that has not the majority of the menu only 2 or 3 dishes to choose from and only with chicken not 🦐 and pork.
