My delivery was delayed due to Uber eats so I was sure with the extra wait food would be cold but to my surprise it was still warm and everything was so good! We ordered the steak tacos, quesabirria tacos and a Pepsusa, they provided many sauces and the consume broth had plenty of meat, onion & cilantro. I’m getting over a sickness but I’ll be sure to try it again when I have my full tastebuds back. Definitely recommend!

I was super excited to try this brand new truck on opening day. Now I know they're new and will give grace, but they fell short unfortunately. They really need need to figure out the logistics of everything. Ordering took 30 minutes although there was maybe only 5 or 6 parties ahead of me. Not sure what the hold up was. After I ordered he told me 20-25 minutes. Ok, cool. Nope, it took 50 minutes. I didn't anticipate running out of time for an appointment I needed to make, but was late unfortunately. I ran outta there to make my appointment and finally got to the food 30 minutes later. The quesabirria taco was more onion and cilantro than anything. It lacked meat and cheese with tons of the extra (slightly burnt) tortilla taking over. The consome was excellent though, which was needed to give the meat more flavor. The gordita was probably the highlight although they failed to serve any hot sauce. The al pastor taco was super tiny (truly street size but only 1 tortilla) and lacked the pineapple it should've come with. The cheese pupusa was average as I've had some way cheesier. Not sure I'll go back, but glad I tried it. The guy was super nice and apologetic about the wait. Hopefully they'll tweak what's needed to get 5 star reviews and will be successful.

Best authentic taco truck I have visited. (I have visited a lot). The wait was definitely worth it. Food is fresh and authentically tasty. The gorditas are the best and Chicken torta is amazing. This will become our new weekend spot. Great service and big smiles.

The Food is Amazing and Authentic. You can tell that everything is made from scratch, not store bought heated up food. You can’t miss with this food truck, Definitely a win!

If you’re are a taco enthusiast, Taqueria Xochitl is the place to go. These guys take pride in delivering an authentic taste of great Mexican food. The items on the menu are just right. I had one of each and I was blown away with the bursting flavors on each bite. The service is amazingly friendly, clean, and welcoming. Not only are you getting great food but you’re also getting an excellent value. I had two of each taco plus a few other items on the menu for my family and my self and we were beyond satisfied. Undoubtedly, a must go, must try 5/5 ⭐️

In love with their Quesabirrias! We tried the asada tacos, pastor sopes, chicharrón gorditas and pupusas and everything tasted delicious. My new favorite spot for tacos. A must try :)

Best taco truck in the Charlotte area! Everything we tried was handmade, fresh, hot and delicious. The service was outstanding too. They even give out buzzers so you know when your order is ready. Look out, this crew is going to do big things. Try it now so you can be one of the OG's for Taqueria Xochitl.
