Ordered supreme nachos and supreme asada quesadilla. Upon opening up the nachos at home to find no beans. Called to see why and they stated that they didn't have any beans ready so they didn't put them on. When asked if they still put them in the nachos since we have been a customer for years, and know they do, they first told us no and then retracted it and told us we can come down and get beans. So we then waste fuel and our time because of their mistake only to get a tiny cup that doesn't even make it worth our time. On top of this I receive a call from my spouse to find out the supreme quesadilla has burnt tortilla, burnt asada, and no sour cream, salsa, or guacamole which makes it a supreme. When I asked why before I left with the beans they told me that they sometimes come crispy. I asked if they usually burn the meat and tortillas and they said yes. For the last 10 plus years I've never had this bad of service and food. This might be the last time we order here until they charnge. Unacceptable and unprofessional in every way tonight.
