Was driving through Jackson and wanted to stop somewhere local and this place was so great!! It's hard to find good Spanish food in the foothills especially on the go. This place is consistent. I get the wet Alpastor burrito 🌯! It's huge! Of course filling, but the BEST part? Super friendly & efficient servers. Reasonable prices, fine food- lots of choices, including vegetarian. Loved the salsa bar. Bright lighting could be toned down for a nicer atmosphere.
