Came here just looking for smoothies or yogurt. We got the Strawberry Yogurt and the Mango Snow Bubble. Very good and tasty, with real fruit pieces. I am sure they have tons of sugar but it was a nice treat. Service was good and quick. They have a nice area to seat. Easy to park as well. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

One of the best boba teas I had in Seattle area. Their chicken katsu is also pretty good. The best thing is the restaurant is open till 12 midnight, and it's pretty crowded even late at night! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Tapioca express has been around for as long as I can remember. I’ve been a fan of this place. It’s definitely had ups and downs. But it’s Always been my go to for late night boba in Bellevue. They definitely have good selection in general and the popcorn chicken is a decent snack (it can be spicy!). I would recommend this spot. Suggestion: place had been little short staffed, might want to order in advanced.(I know times are hard!). Food available at all hours, day or night. I don't know what they do to the Taiwanese style popcorn chicken but it is better here than anywhere else. My significant other loves coming here to flip through the old manga stories and always has a good dose of nostalgia in the stories. I find the boba teas here to vary in quality depending on the day and time, but I really love the large menu, and many many options to choose from. OPEN LATE unlike almost anywhere on the east side. It's great there are at least a few places for teenagers to go and spend time with each other. It was a little loud on one of our recent visits due to some aggressive board game play but also allowed for some good "people watching," if that is what you are looking for. Parking is never an issue, nearby, and free. It can be dark next to the Macy's furniture gallery as they don't seem to have any parking lot or store lights at night. Lots of variety, flavor is good on the ones I've gotten, and they don't overload the cup with ice so you're actually getting a good amount of tea. Always clean and usually not hard to get a table if you want to stay to eat. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Second time here, this time our popcorn chicken and fried snacks were burnt and dry, definitely not juicy. The calimari didn’t taste as good as the one in shoreline, this one taste like it’s bought from the supermarket.

I was not gonna write a bad review about my bento box even though there is a wool string inside the pork sauce until I see the second order they make for me. It is so gross. The manager remade my order and specific said to put no pork sauce in it. However, there are still pieces of the pork in the new order. This is not acceptable!!! It is safe to assume they just take the popcorn chicken with the gross pork sauce and put into a new box. Otherwise if you truly remake the order why there is still pork sauce piece on the popcorn chicken????? I just feel like I don’t want to go back any more.

Chicken steak is good - Update I ordered chicken popcorn today. They’re both good but I still prefer chicken steak more. I personally like their Earl grey milk tea more than original milk tea.
