Always a very nice meal. Quantities are good, preparations are great, and so is the service. Occasionally, there is an ensemble of troubadours playing songs (by request and their own selections) that adds a very nice touch. The Baileys shot with a dollop of whipped creme at the end is part of the experience. Can't go wrong coming here for dinner. I'm sure they probably serve lunch, but I'm never in this vicinity for lunch. Nice patio dining in the warmer months. This place has been a family favorite for 24 years! The owner and staff always made you feel like old friends. Great food, service and my favorite salsa! They recently changed ownership and havent missed a beat! Great food! The steaks are thick and flavorful - quality food - great neighborhood Mexican spot! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
How does this place stay in business? Poor quality ingedients ( mushy, tasteless shrimp that should have been thrown out it was so old.) Uninspired menu choices. Our waiter couldn't make any recommendations or just didn't care about our dining experience. Then he rushed to clear the table before we were even done eating. We were seated in a booth that was falling apart. The cushions collapsed when we sat on them. So many better choices for food elsewhere. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
