The majority of the time that I come to this restaurant, the food is very consistent. I love the fish and I love their burgers and their pulled pork sandwiches. However, ordering the ribeye last night was not a win-win for me. I was told it was gonna be a bone in ribeye, and it ended up not being bone in, however the cut of meat looks like a Delmonico/almost like rigorous like a New York strip. It was made the way I wanted it to be made. However, there was so much fat and grizzle in that piece that it was undesirable to me in the photo area I’m adding the two pictures I want the public to see how much fat and grizzle it was in that steak not worth the $42 they were asking for. Also mashed potatoes come with your meal they do not have baked potatoes at all, which is very odd to me something that that restaurant should consider in having available for their guests . She gave me like butter packets that you put on a bagel at a fast food restaurant. I asked for whipped butter and she stated she only had capers and garlic butter, which was amazing by the way definitely need to ask for that one they do not serve bread or rolls at all, another X for me at a restaurant I just want whoever orders the meat that goes into that restaurant to really look at the meat and what they’re ordering. That piece of meat was shameful! I have never ever had a disappointing meal until last night. My server was very cordial and listen to me when I had told her my disturbances with the steak she took a couple bucks off my bill. I wasn’t looking for that. I just wanted them to listen and start stepping up to the plate in but they order in what they offer. Time to step it up a bit really check the meat that you’re ordering and start offering better alternatives to go with a meal. Not impressed. Our waitress seamed overwhelmed. Extremely slow service. I ordered a rare steak, my steak was cooked medium. I asked for steak sauce and "she had to look all over for it" I never got it. She did offer me a free dessert. I do not want dessert. My wife had to wait an extremely long time for her beer.
